Malinda is a sorceress when it comes to curly hair! Not only did she give me THE best haircut of my life... but she taught me a very cool way to style my hair. She also recommended an amazing product for me that I've been using and loving since I got my cut 3 weeks ago. Also they call Kaylee a young blood colorist .... But I don't see anything beginner about her skills! She was able to get my color EXACTLY how I wanted, despite my crappy vague direction. It was even and glossy and perfect. I walked in looking like cousin It from the Addams family. I left looking like a goddess, if I may say so myself Thank you ladies! Can't wait for my next appointment, you're stuck with me now

It was a very, very basic service for double the price of a typical pedicure. Additionally, while the associate was very nice, the color was bubbled and over saturated on several toes. I absolutely love my hair and would recommend Nicky to anyone.

I'm always nervous to cut my long hair and really wanted a hair dresser who understood what I needed. I booked an appointment w Shakira who quickly understood what I needed and offered her wise opinion and I couldn't be w my haircut. I have to say that this is the best iteration of her spaces so far. It is a well oiled machine. Marina is an exceptional talent and she is passing on her skills and knowledge to her crew. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Staff calling you by name throughout the visit although you've just met (I see you Ari), and offering tea or coffee while you wait for your color to process makes you feel so at home. And the end result is always amazing. For me the goal is to cover grays and get a breezy mid length layered cut...and Marina hits it out of the park every single visit.

Ashley was absolutely amazing, the best haircut I've ever had, and her unexpected passing was heartbreaking. I recently tried to book an appointment and was told I needed to keep a credit card on file. I politely said I wasn't comfortable with that. The receptionist said she would ask the owner, Marina, if an exception could be made, and she refused, so I chose not to book. After being a loyal client for so many years, the lack of flexibility and customer service was really disappointing. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience due to poor customer service, do better. I'll also be sharing my feedback on other review platforms.

I had super curly hair and it was uneven in the back after the cut. It appeared as if all my hair was gathered into a ponytail and cut at the top. It was so heavily textured that there was nothing for my hair to have shape leaving it frizzy. When I went back to my regular hairdresser who cut off all the "points" at the ends of my hair, she tried to leave me some length. Sadly, my hair looks like it was cut with a weed whacker, as if there were no actual style I could reproduce or work with when I got home. I am trying to grow it out and it has been terrible to try and style. I do not recommend this niche haircut.

Politely offered beverage services, snacks, hair style lookbooks, a comfy waiting area and a full suite of products round out the amenities. ( As of this posting, ownership has installed full-spectrum, eco-responsible lighting that naturally illuminates- giving you and your stylist true color representation, resulting in effects that look great when you emerge into natural light.) As for the talent, I have my main guru Tracey, but have had to use the services of other team members when my schedule doesn't work with Tracey. Mary Jean, Nicole, and a host of others have stepped in to do wonderful updos, cuts and color, straightening, etc. When things get busy at the salon, the team help each other out. They support each other, making it a wonderful, smooth operation. It's just a solid team, working hard to make every guest feel welcome, cared for and beautiful. As for the errant negative reviews, we live in a world where, sadly, entitlement rules. People want to have *everything* delivered to them *immediately* for a cost next to nothing- and they want it done exactly like how they picture it in their minds- no matter how much it may defy all natural laws of physics. I'll stick with working as a research scientist, thank you- it's far easier than owning a salon. You can't please everyone as a business owner, but every three months or so, I get to see a group of talented professionals give it their all toward this end. Kudos- and a big thank you- to all of the talent at Salon Coco Bond for doing all you do. Keep up the great work!
