She said 5-10 minutes and asked if I wanted to reschedule and told me to go to the website to do so. I went back to the front and sat down to go on the website and heard Gina making disparaging remarks about me for being frustrated about the wait - REPEATEDLY! I was visibly frustrated because of a work meeting but was in no way rude or vocal about it. I walked out because I could not tolerate Gina's unprofessionalism and rude behavior. I hope she is counseled on basic customer service and human decency.

One stylist even told us to "have a seat," despite the two of them openly discussing in front of us that the other client's service would take a long time -- meaning they knew our appointment was bumped before we even walked in. There is no one to answer the phone, and replies come through messy, unorganized texts. After making eye contact with the stylist, they told us to "come back in an hour," as if our time didn't matter. There also seems to be zero management. We walked out -- and as expected, no one ever followed up. At this point, we'd rather just go to the salon across the street with far better reviews and a more professional reputation.

The salon itself is super clean, bright and welcoming. I especially love that they have Oribe products. We were offered something to drink and of course we went with the champagne! We were sipping on that while we got our hair blown out and it was such a nice touch! My stylist listened to exactly what I want and it came out perfect! I don't think I've ever felt softer hair on my head before! I couldn't stop running my hands through it! In addition, no one had said upon booking that tips had to be in cash or that the blowout or gloss were additional charges. Lucky for Danielle I had cash that day. It is a real inconvenience to have to carry cash . Danielle did a great job but I regularly go in for services and the salon charges are cost prohibitive and not the norm for the area.
