I brought my dog here to get groomed and was told that it would only take an hour. I go back to pick my dog up and they advise that they need an additional 2 hours because they're "backed up". I ask can I wait with my dog in the car and they refused, I then go to retrieve my dog only to find him chained up and bleeding profusely from a gash in his ear. My dog is in distress and no one advised me and the co-owner had the audacity to threaten to call the police, in which I advised him that he should. While the police is there, an employee belts out that "DOGS BLEED HERE EVERYDAY". This is not an establishment that should be patronized, they abused my dog and called the police on me, imagine that? Do not take your pets here as I will never be back and the years of my continued support of this establishment are for nothing. read more

But reading the reviews i grew a little nervous. He had some razor burns but i just assumed it was because he was hairy. He also seemed a very strange when i got him but i thought he was just tired from it. He didn't sleep with me like he usually does he kept to himself. I got my dog from here almost a year ago and we've been going back for grooming. We got her from the store since her breed is hard to find from shelters or adoption stores and since our family has bad asthma we can't have anything besides hypoallergenic dogs. Her breed is a mini goldendoodle. There was a bit of a mix up with the price when buying her but they stuck to their word and gave us the price they initially stated which was almost $1000 off. She had minor kennel cough which was covered at the vet but other than that she's been perfectly healthy. I've groomed here several times also with different cuts trying to experiment which was best for her and the staff was really helpful and I loved the cuts every time. My Shiba Inu, Ava, has a neurological condition. I purchased her from Vanity Pup's when she was 8 weeks of age. A year has passed and now she walks as if she's drunk ALL the time. She can no longer poop on her own because she is so unstable. She has trouble identifying where her food is because she is losing her "paw" eye coordinating. This is all due to her condition. She did NOT have a major fall. She did NOT ingest biohazards. This is a genetical issue. She is CLEARLY from a puppy mill. I hate Vanity Pups business. Supporting puppy mills to continue to produce ill offspring. Every time I go to the neurologist, the consultation fee is $225. Her MRI scan was $2000. That's only 2 of the list of examinations and treatments I am still paying for. Are you going to tell me that most people you sell you puppies to have the money to afford all that? I sure can't. The only way I am able to give Ava the treatment she needs is because I purchased health insurance for her from that date I got her out of the "boutique" hell hole. STAY AWAY. I would never want any of you to experience the heartache I've been through. I will do anything to get Ava healthy again. I am sure many of you would do the same for your own beautiful pups. My wife took our Lab in on June 9th for a grooming. They did a decent job, not the best hair cut but surely not the worst he's ever gotten. Our problem came a week later when he started caughing and wouldn't stop. My wife took him into the vet since the cough was getting worse. The vet noticed the new hair cut and asked when it happened, exactly one week before the doctors appointment. Apparently, it takes right around a week for a dog to show symptoms of kennel cough, exactly what he was diagnosed with. Upon seeing the owner at pick up, he begins to explain that the puppy was matted (which he was not). They HAD to cut his hair shorter without even consulting me. The dog came out and he had a crew cut. I almost second guessed that he was truly our puppy. I left so upset with this cut. It's even crooked!! Each time he came by us to chat, he'd provide us with information when we asked - what breeder did she come from, what's her lineage, how should we care for a pup since we were new pup owners, and so on. i could go on and on about how happy we are with Fiona and our experience here.
