I would never buy anything from this brand. I am actively looking to buy new living room and dining…read moreroom furniture with a decent budget to spend. There were literally 4 people sitting around when I walked in the store. Not a single one got out of their seats to ask me if I needed help. The only woman who greeted me was working with another customer. So I basically walked out after being ignored for 5 minutes. They had some decent looking pieces but I will never spend money with a company where the service is poor. It speaks to the quality of the culture and that generally also has an impact of the quality of the product too.

Attempted to purchase lamps today....Restaurants are open at 100%. Schools are back in…read moresession....but Serena and Lily is open by appointment only. After three phone calls and fifteen minutes standing on the sidewalk (after a 45 minute trip to get there), the ladies agreed to let us stand in the lobby because "the other lovely lady was good enough to make an appointment and we are committed to keeping her safe". Give me a break. One customer in your store at at time? If it's lighting you're looking for, lots of retailers sell Regina Andrews and Ro Sham Beaux. I left, deeply offended at the way we were spoken to and uncomfortable to be treated like COVID patient zero. I purchased my lighting in person today at a smaller store where my business was appreciated. Rude. Neurotic. No customer service skills whatsoever. Good luck.

Terrible Experience - Would Never Shop Here Again…read more I wish I could give zero stars for the experience I've had with Arhaus. Last May, we ordered a very expensive marble table and were told it would arrive in three months. Instead, it took six months--and when it finally arrived, it was broken and damaged. Arhaus took it back but did absolutely nothing to apologize for the massive inconvenience. They then promised a replacement within four months, but six months later, when it finally arrived, it was broken again. After waiting well over a year, we still don't have the table we paid for. On top of that, the customer service has been awful--rude, dismissive, and unwilling to offer any meaningful resolution. This has been a frustrating, disappointing, and expensive ordeal, and I would never shop at Arhaus again. If you're considering making a purchase, especially something high-end, beware. The lack of care, delays, and poor customer service are not worth it.

He invited us to see it in the showroom and we ended up purchasing $150,000 of furnishings for our new home. We were hesitant to purchase in NJ as we were moving to South Carolina, but he assured us the distance would not be an issue and he was right, everything was seemless! Along with designers Lisa and Rona, Steven came up with beautiful designs for each room. They provided drawings to scale and finishes for each space so we knew exactly what to expect. Steven's enthusiasm and love of the Arhaus collections and design was contagious and we were so grateful to work with him. He listened closely to our ideas and was excited to bring them to life. We have never worked with anyone like him! We absolutely love our new home and appreciate the ongoing relationship we have formed to help make our little world more beautiful! Ann and Ron Riemann
