    High end, but not high end prices. Clean, contemporary furnishings. Low pressure sales help adds to the experience.

    This is my third time, making a purchase from S & S. I was in desperate need to replace my living…read moreroom furniture, and when I called to ask them about a previous order, they gladly looked it up, gave me the information I needed, and when I gave them the item number of what I was looking for, they were able to give me a good price And delivery within two days. Everywhere else was six weeks. I was so super impressed. The Ottoman I ordered wasn't going to come in till possibly the end of February but they told me they would keep me posted, but at least gave me the information to make a decision. I was very pleasantly surprised when they called me mid January to let me know that my order had arrived and I was able to pick it up and be in and out of the store in under five minutes. Everyone here is so professional so pleasant. This is the place that you should go to not just for a great deal because you get great customer service and it makes you want to come back more and more.

Immediately a staff approached me and showed me around. His name was Assef and he went above and beyond his potential to satisfy my needs! He helped me choose the perfect fit for my taste and was super polite and respectful to my choices! Ended up purchasing this gorgeous bed set and they came to install it and did AMAZING!! Plus he helped me out with a great deal that made it easier to say yes! Will definitely be back soon to purchase the rest of my home goods here!!

    They lack the most basic considerations and accountability as business owners to their customers…read more By far, horrible communication and lack of management skills demonstrated not just once but, on several occasions, and levels. Stay far away from them as your situation could end up similar to mine, since they don't really care about their customers!!!! We spent over $13,000 on custom furniture and two in stock items for various rooms in our house. Michael told us the bedroom set would take 8 weeks. I called the manufacturer, was told production was running 12 weeks plus 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Michael had to know this when we ordered! We had the two in stock items delivered, a sofa and a recliner. The sofa three seat cushions were of varying firmness, Michael agreed to replace them. Michael ignored my requests for updates. 10 weeks after we purchased the sofa, the seat cushion replacements arrived. Good customer service would take cushions from stock in their warehouse to resolve this faster. The bedroom set, along with two cocktail tables and one side table were delivered. The finish on one table was incorrect as per our order and delivery was refused. Our bed frame of the bedroom set is not on the truck, paperwork has the item yellowed out. Never got a call from the store owners to apologize or discuss what's next. I texted Michael, said he would call me the next day - did not happen. I left a VM on his phone, still no response. A few days later he contacted me after I suggested that we cancel our order. Michael said that the manufacturers of both furniture pieces were working to replace the items and would take care of them immediately (whatever that meant). 6 weeks later, the (new) replacement footboard the headboard, and two side rails were delivered. The bed except for the (replaced) footboard are not the same color as the rest of the bedroom furniture set. I sent pictures to Michael, 2 weeks later I called for a status, he mentioned that the manufacturer would like a drawer from the nightstand to ensure a color match. I rushed the drawer over to his store the same day. He originally told me that he could pick it up the next week when they deliver a different piece of furniture. Well, I am glad I dropped the drawer off since the other delivery wasn't for another 3 weeks. Bed delivered, after waiting 11 weeks for the headboard and two side rails that are the correct color and the nightstand drawer, in total 9 months since order date!

The order was cancelled twice in talking with salesman Scott, once on the phone, once in person. When the owner called for the delivery date, he was told the order was cancelled. He said that salesman Scott didn't have the authority to cancel the order. They kept the entire bill on the credit card and LIED to the dispute dept. Michael said the order was a "SPECIAL ORDER" and was not cancelable ( LIE ) He also said the order was on their truck to be delivered ( LIE ) he was told personally that the order was cancelled the week before. He never supplied the credit card company with a refused delivery order. He sent a copy of the bill of sale, but beware, on every order form there is the statement that all sales are final. This is their catch if a dispute arises. Long story short, stay away from people like this. There are more reputable furniture places out there not out there to rob you. This dirtbag wanted to charge a delivery fee ( we received nothing ) and a 25% restock fee for an item cancelled a week before.
