We were told him we were quoted 2k lower at several other places, but this is closer to our home and came here to purchase today because our project is starting very soon. He advised us to go elsewhere because he only sells at list price. Maybe this is your store policy, but not very competitive. It's now 130 on a Saturday afternoon to make matters worse. Now very short on time. Big waste of time. Don't bother.

My family always went to Bloomfield Appliance when I grew up in Roseland but I had not been to the…read morestore in decades. My refrigerator was not working and I had scheduled a repair but the repair was not done well (don't use Sears Home Service). I dropped by the store yesterday just as a precaution to check with Steve about refrigerator options. He had a Whirlpool floor model that is perfect for me. Ten minutes and purchase made. I will continue to patronize this store. I love supporting local, small businesses and it was just serendipitous. Thanks Steve!

All I can say is that my recent experience with Bloomfield Appliance ( Steve) was outstanding. My…read moremother called me the other day to tell me her AC broke during the heatwave. She needed a new window unit ASAP. None of the big stores had inventory or were they able to deliver and install for at least a week. Called Steve at Bloomfield Appliance 6:30 pm and told him that I needed this ASAP. He took the order over the phone and installed the next morning. This was a big reminder that your local stores can better serve when you are in a pinch.

The man is an artist ( he ran an art gallery back in the 80s so he truly is ) He covered everything to the finest detail and was hands on during the whole process with my contractor the Stilletto bros . It's been 3 weeks since my consultation at Kitchen Expo in Fairfield. I was promised a quote within…read morethe week. Nothing. I called and the sales rep promised the quote by the next day. Nothing. I gave him another two weeks before sending an email. Corporate rep got hold of it and only then did Fairfield rep call me, promising to call me the next day with my quote. I'm not surprised the call never came. Granted my kitchen renovation is a small one by some standards, but that is no excuse. I guess Kitchen Expo has so much business that they don't need mine. If this is how they treat prospective customers, how do they treat those that have made deposits and committed to buying cabinets from them? I'll take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

Showed up as promised and said there was no charge because he was in the area. Gave me a price of $375 COMPLETE to repair. Fridge was 10 years old and I asked would it be better if I just bought a new one. He was going to give me that option also! WE decided that for less than $300 more I would get a new, 30% c.i. larger Frigidaire. A great suggestion! He coordinated the delivery with P.C. Richard. A class guy. I would recommend "Ciccio" to anyone who wants a new appliance or repairs.

Said there was nothing to indicate an oil leak. Throughout the week, the washer still smells of gear oil, and on Saturday morning my husband turned the washing machine on its side, unscrewed a cover, and there is gear oil leaking out from the bottom. The agitator did not need to come off; nothing would be visible. Parts can only be accessed from the bottom of the machine. Sent photos and a text to Handler, and they thanked me for the update and said nothing else. Not sure why I paid for a service call/diagnostic fee to tell me nothing was wrong, when clearly something is very wrong. Part on order. App is easy to use, and tech was on time and extremely polite, however: Will absolutely not use this service again, or recommend.
