Claiming the manager could only approve $100 off - very disappointing. I don't know if this was because I was a woman alone purchasing appliances - they got the wrong lady.

The missus and I went over to check out a sale that they had running on patio furniture, as I saw the massive advertisements while driving to work each morning. From outside, the store seems nice. Once getting inside, it was relatively seedy. I can get past that, though. There was an ample selection of patio furniture to look at, but we were immediately approached by a salesman after I said we were just looking, no exaggeration, but this man came back every 5 minutes, pushing the hard sell. Eventually, I kindly told him we needed time to discuss our options. He obliged for all of five minutes, returned, and started with the hard sell again. I had some hard questions for him, expressing concern that their numbers weren't matching mine as far as the sale went. That said, I was told "prices on the signs don't necessarily match the price being charged." I received convoluted answers on this when I pushed it. Personally, the pricing didn't reflect the quality, in our opinion. I was also told I would be "saved the tax," so prices were certainly inflated. We walked away with the impression that prices are marked up, then put on sale and, at the end of the day, it's not much of a sale at all. Was told the sale would end and we'd miss out on "a major deal." Weeks later, there was another sale advertised. Saddest part is these folks called and texted me for weeks after we visited. Certainly off-putting. The failure to make the sale should say enough. When the time comes, we will visit other stores, preferably with lower pressure.

At the time, our house was in the middle of a full renovation, and the designer even offered a complimentary service to come to our home and make sure the couches we were considering would fit properly in the space. She was extremely helpful and suggested several other pieces and ideas that would work beautifully in our home. We weren't able to purchase everything at once, but I loved her recommendations and will definitely be slowly adding more of the furniture she suggested. Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. We truly appreciated the extra attention and would definitely recommend them!

At 5:30PM the warehouse guy says to me"oh wow yeah someone should've called you because we cancelled this at 7am" and after some back and forth, I mean it wasn't their fault, I let them go. When I spoke with Nermine (the showroom manager) she apologized and said how about redelivery next Thursday. I said how about tomorrow? You literally wasted my entire weekend and rudely failed to communicate with me about any of it, the least you could do is get the delivery done next day. She tells me no one delivers on Sundays but she would call me Monday to let me know if she would be able to make any advanced delivery or issue a discount for the trouble. She never called. I called Tuesday and asked what's up, she says I had you for Thursday. I said you promised me a call and I never got it. No apology. Not even an excuse just silence. She knew she was in the wrong. She did NOTHING. I finally got my delivery yesterday and everything was as expected, except for the wasted day and the absolute lack of professionalism and concern for the customer. Once they take your money you are SOL for anything from there. This location has THE WORST customer service of any location I've ever been to. If you're reading this considering going here, DONT DO IT. There are many other options and all of them have better management. Zero stars. The furniture and the recliner? Great stuff. Great price. That stuff was great and if only I could've bought it online without having to deal with the shitshow management at this store, I'd be giving five stars for the quality and comfort of the product. The Talladega recliner is the most ridiculously comfy thing I've ever sat in. Buy it online and avoid the headaches. They charged me full price for delivery that didn't happen.
