At least 5 glass vases came crashing down shattering to pieces. As I stood standing there in shock, not knowing what to do. My child began to cry. He was so nervous. The owner came right away and asked what happened. I explained to him that my child was pushing the cart and had accidentally hit the shelf. He noticed my boy crying. Gave him a huge hug and told him it was okay. Accident happen he said. He continued to comfort my child as he cried out of nervousness. I was so surprised. He was kind and considerate. Even though my child had ruined some of his inventory. He even looked for us a few minutes later and gave my child a bag of chocolates. It's gestures like this that will make me return to this store. I wasn't pleased with a tile selection that I made and Steven was willing to redo my mistake so I would be happy. He was extremely involved and accommodating in all aspects of the job. The cabinetry is still beautiful and looks like new. Very recently, I had a problem with one cabinet door. I contacted Steven and he came to the house the next day and took the door and ordered a new one. As soon as the factory made a new door--perfect color match after 14 years, Steven brought it to my house and installed it. I don't believe that many contractors take that kind of pride in their work or are as interested in pleasing their clients, especially after 14 years! Like most renovations, costs ended up being higher than expected, so we had to make a few adjustments along the way and couldn't implement every single detail exactly as originally designed. That said, we followed Nada's vision as closely as possible--and it really shows. Her design direction, attention to detail, and overall aesthetic elevated our space in a way we wouldn't have been able to achieve on our own. Even with some modifications, the foundation she created carried through beautifully. The process did take some time, but in the end, it was absolutely worth it.
