They did not respond at all that day, and I called the next day to try to schedule delivery. It turns out, they don't have that soil in stock. Instead of helping me by changing the order, the man who answered the phone was rude, told me to cancel it on my credit card and that they hadn't processed the charge. This means they saw it come through, knew they didn't have the soil, and didn't bother to call or email me. The whole time he acted like I was inconveniencing HIM, when in actuality I was trying to give them hundreds of dollars, like I used to do every year. Then he had the nerve to hang up on me, as if I'd done something wrong by ordering soil and following up the next day. I was friendly the whole time. He was acting like a petulant child. I can't dispute the transaction on my credit card since it hasn't processed, so it's just sitting in financial limbo and I have to trust that they won't process it later and try to sneak it by me. I'll need to spend the next few weeks following up on this now. I'll also be finding a new compost supplier. I'm planning on replacing my entire front lawn with garden beds this summer and will need plenty of soil and mulch. Oh well.

They had my card on file but he credited my security fee to my sister's card as she picked up the chairs for me. Not sure why he would do that when my card was used to hold the deposit. Prices slightly higher and sub-par product quality. A local business with poor customer service…read more I am a local resident. I spent nearly $4,000 on materials for a shed in my backyard. My salesman Dave at Viola Bros acquired T 111 by Georgia Pacific for me. I had it professionally assembled. Everyone who examined it said it was an excellent job my Carpenter was top notch. The shed was painted within 3 days of completion. But within a week the wood surface of the siding started to bubble. Not the paint but the wood under it. I used Behr's premium quality exterior paint. ...nearly one gallon on each 8x12 side. I also sealed up all openings and seams with four large tubes of phenylseal. So I quickly placed a call to Viola brothers. I was juggled around by so-called managers to my salesman. I called many times. After a month or so David my salesman said they sent an inspector from the manufacturer over to confirm. He came to my house with Dave, they said. They agreed the siding was defective. However after many months of waiting for phone calls that seldom came they offered me a couple of sheets of T 111 to correct this problem. What a joke. The paint alone was nearly four hundred dollars. My carpenter suggested over-siding the T 111 with vinyl. The only alternative to that would be disassembling the shed and installing new siding. That would be economically devastating. You can see the help offered by viola was nothing. Nearly six months now and the shed continues to get worse. and Viola is nowhere to be found. I would not buy a nail from Viola Bros if they paid me to take it. Take my advice go to home depot.
