I didn't catch her name, and don't know if she may be a relative, given the freedom she felt to be so rude to me on a number of occasions, but she was very rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person. For example, I asked for verification on pricing I was given, because it was SIGNIFANCTLY higher that what I was quoted by another retailer, ($25 vs. $15 on one particular tile!) and was told "Well, you should just buy it there then." So I did. Would have like to have given Bill the business vs. driving the extra half hour, but I will not support any business that treats customers this way.
