He treated the hive, no residual smells or mess, just a little patch on wall that needs to be painted over. No more bee activity. Friendly guy, educated me a bit about bees and problems to look out for. He said sometimes he get these calls late at night and responds because bees, if undetected, will chew through the sheetrock. So call after a few and don't wait for 30 or more to come buzzing around in your house. And this is a good service to call.

Representative was half an hour late, told they would be there between 1:00 and 5:00, didn't arrive until after 5:30. Didn't have the equipment needed to look into the vent. Had to get out my ladder and use one of my broom handles to remove a birds nest from the vent. Only thing he did was to spray sterilizer into the vent to kill any bugs or bacteria from droppings. Didn't have any vent covers, told me I had to go to Home Depot to purchase them and put them on myself. What did I pay for?!?!?! Use them at your peril and your wallet.
