He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. I'd recommend him to any of my neighbors who may have similar issues.

He does not even show up when he says he will and sometimes only for a few hours at a time when the job is not even completed. He does not clean up after himself! I had to clean up his messes each time he came to my house! I had to monitor him very carefully because he appears to have difficulty concentrating on the task at hand. He expects 50% up front. I fired him because of his rotten work ethic and I lost alot of money but he is so sloppy that I considered it damage control! Please do not hire this individual!

He was very personable and very effective. He came out and cleaned giant ice chinch's out of our gutters and cleared the clogged drain spouts. The management even came out a week later to inspect to make sure that everything was in order and that they did in fact clean up properly. The price was quite reasonable as well. The only negative was, we had to wait a long time for them to begin. But I guess that just speaks of their popularity. Indeed. A great company and I'd wait for them again next time I need roof done.

Back in '17 we had them replace the roof on our old house, and it looked fantastic and definitely helped sell the place. Fast forward and we're in our new house, and our inspector had said to get the roof looked at. We finally got around to calling Warner, and had them come out last week. Their guy went and climbed around our roof, did some poking and prodding, and came back down and said, "Well, I can sell you a new roof, but you don't need one for a good 10 years or more!" He showed photos of our roof vs bad roofs, he gave detailed info, it was fantastic. We would have had no idea if he had just decided that we "needed" a new roof. I sincerely hope they're around in another decade when we do replace the roof on our new home!

Scope of this project was to move / flip half bath and laundry, remove corner storage and change…read moredoor from standard to a pocket door. This included associated plumbing, electric and wall texturing. Unable to use the word quality and ABC Handyman together. After gave him the stop work order, we were able to see the total waste of labor and materials. The pocket door is actually the only thing that appears okay. We are still (daily) finding shortcuts, errors, miscues. Bottom line, he couldn't arrive before 11am 90% of the time. If he was on site, it was limited. He would bring unqualified people to our house and leave. Two guys, same day brought their dogs into our garage. Totally unacceptable. We are in process of having to take all the 'new' dryer venting (abs, not metal) out and replace it to code. He overspent by over 25%; charged tools to our bills after we had approved only materials of two items. We wasted almost a month and over 5K on a project that he said he could do in 5 days, maybe 10. We laugh only because he 'prides himself' that he has never had some call back for warranty work. Hint, no one wants him back! The texture was to match the remainder of the house. We have small orange peel. What he did was xl 5 year old throwing crap on the way. And the w/d as well as all fixtures had 'added' texture too. The guy does sloppy work, nothing to code and nothing is completed in a timely manner. I can't say how much regret we have allowing this man into our home. Zero quality, zero value.
