I was never asked if I wanted a 15-minute massage, and I didn't realize choosing a scent would be an additional charge, especially since this was my first visit. On their price list there was no option to add a 15 minute massage so how would I have known. The employee had just put the choices of scents out and asked which one I wanted. When I checked in, I only requested a classic pedicure. I really did enjoy the service, but I felt a bit taken advantage of with charges added that I did not request or knowingly approve. Ivy, I believe the owner (or the manager?) immediately said ask for TT when I came in. TT gave me one of the best pedis I've had.
