I had a young gentleman within 30minutes of my call on location. He stated I may need a new Control Board & we set a time for the next morning to have it addressed. The next day, Chris was out at our house & what a blessing. Not only did he get everything fixed for us, without any new board needed - he walked me through the simple fix that was required. When I forgot, my husband was able to jump on a call with him & Chris even FaceTimed him to help. Talk about above & beyond service!!!! Our furnace did end up calling it quits, as it's many years past its expected life - and him & his team provided the most cost efficient quote, with the fastest turn around time & continuously throughout the process checked in, was overly communicative, and so very helpful throughout the entire process. To be certain I had the best service - I would like it stated that I vetted 6 other companies before deciding on APS. We are now recommending them to everyone & genuinly can't say thank you enough. From the team who answers the phones to the actual techs working to provide heat to our homes, everyone was professional, helpful, extremely kind and informative. A big thank you!!!

Absolutely wonderful service. I originally called the company for a dryer vent cleaning and a cage…read moreover the dryer vent line so birds couldn't nest. For some reason, I agreed to do a whole vent cleaning (the whole house). I was on the fence about it because the house I bought is only four years old. Let me just say, BEST money ever spent!!! The furnace was absolutely filthy!!! The one technician said it's common for new homes to have their furnaces used with no filter whatsoever and based on the condition of my furnace, that's exactly what it looked like they did. I can't even imagine what would have happened if I didn't have the cleaning. I have never seen a filter so dirty in my entire life! How the furnace was even running should be considered a miracle!!! So all that to say, if you have a new build, you should really consider having your furnace checked. And at four years old, the vents here were atrocious. I am so so thankful I called this company. I now however will never use them again! In February of 2024, I got an invoice for $658.00 and paid it promptly as we had another property also done around the same time period. I didnt check the invoice well at the time (yes my own fault) before paying as I strive to pay our vendors quickly. When I went to file the receipt , I realized this was not one of our properties and I had paid someone else's bill. 20 emails back and forth questioning this which I've had to follow up every single time as they surely wouldn't contact me, all copies of cashed check as requested, receipt as requested and a final email of promise to make it right and pay us back with now no response and still not paid. Juan Flores sent me an email on July 2nd saying he would take care of it and here we are, September and no longer getting replies nor have we been paid. Next will be better business bureau.
