The staff and service is fantastic here! They were so kind with helping me take touristy photos as I sat on two different goth thrones in their store. I enjoyed chatting with the staff about the culture and tourist seasons in Salem, and browsing their inventory. Nice gothic boutique in Salem. Fun, unique shop for the daring and curious. Vamp themed for sure with decor and clothing and some tea. Bought 2 roller fragrances, #14 Bloodlust & #16 Fetish. These are amazing scents that I could not resist. Size is 10ml and strong in smell but was told it would last bit longer than other rollers. Not disappointed at all! Vampfangs is a cool little gothic boutique right next door to quite a few Wiccan shops. The layout is open and breathable. There was only one other customer inside compared to the other shops that were packed, so I was able to browse the store comfortably. This shop mostly carries clothing and jewelry. I really liked the style of the shop but I'm not a fan of brand names on my clothes so I didn't purchase anything. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The store itself was on the pricier side. I found a few pieces of jewelry that I really liked but it's very rare for me to spend over $50 on jewelry. Overall, this was a cool gothic shop but was out of my price range. read more

I prefer Fapvags to Vampfangs, but that's not something I can discuss here. Lots of cute people were shopping here, and they have all kinds of good gothic stuff and vampire-related Goods. I ordered prescription FX contacts on 9/23/19 for a Halloween party on 10/26/19. After several weeks of checking in with the store, a few days before the party there was an issue with production and my lenses would not be available and was told via email i would get a refund. It is 11/11/19 and i still do not have the money. The company is also not responding to my emails or answering their phone (voicemail box full). Very easy to work with and understanding! I bought a shirt not realizing it was either women's or European size, so they let me exchange for a new shirt with no problems at all. Vampfangs subscription coffin box is a bust. I joined their subscription coffin box and although my payment was deducted from my paypal account for three months, I only received one box. I had to do a chargeback on one and I am waiting another week to see if I will get the September box. If not I will do another charge back.I did cancel my subscription. This place is a joke. I paid for VIP processing and priority mail and was promised if I place the order that my contacts would be to me by Saturday the 24th. They didn't come and I got them yesterday the 28th. So I had no contact lenses for the Halloween party that I attended. WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN. I went into the store once and had a horrible and experience and decided to give it another shot and I went again yesterday and I can honestly say I will never go back. The employee with pink hair and the other one with dark hair should be 100% fired. To start off, entering the store I said hello and they just stared at me and continued their conversation without saying hello back. They kept giving me weird looks and I immediately felt uncomfortable. I decided it was fine and to keep looking around the store. The employee with pink hair then started to talk shit about a customer who had just left the store . She was saying he had spent 400$ on rings and that she did not want to talk to him because she despised the mask he was wearing. She then went on to make fun of him and say things I will not repeat on here in front of me . I was shocked she had the audacity to talk poorly about a customer that had just left, especially in front of me. And like I said he had just spent 400$. I immediately left and will never shop here again. I talked to a friend about this and she has also experienced this unprofessional conduct when shopping, with the girl with pink hair and brunette. They advertise that their contacts come in corrective sizes, so I ordered some. They sent me non-corrective lenses and they wont take them back. They offered store credit but the contacts I wanted don't even come in corrective powers and I dont want any other contacts. Now, they're not even responding to my emails anymore. I ordered a pair of contacts 10 days prior to Halloween, i received one of my lenses with a tear in it and thought maybe I was responsible so I emailed them automatically and was trying my hardest to get some help. I was okay with paying for another pair but now that I know that they do not care to even respond to their costumers who pay almost $100 for one pair of contacts I will never use them again. And I examined the tear, which was HUGE on the edge of the contact and realized there was no way I could have done that. I've been wearing contacts for 8 years and have only torn my contacts twice. I know the proper ways of picking them up and handling them. This is ridiculous, I was really counting on my contacts to pull my costume together and now I am out of $70 and have to buy a pair that I cannot see out of.
