Ravenstone is absolutely gorgeous inside, with the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. It's an oasis in downtown Lynn. And it's bigger than I expected, with the main shop on the first floor and then an upstairs area selling books, a room for magick items, and space for readings. The first floor has an impressive array of crystals/gemstones, candles, jewelry, beauty, bath and body items, and more. The candle collection is lovely and picked up an exquisite vetiver and tonka candle. I also bought the most perfect piece of amethyst. I brought my newly acquired used pocket watch which gave me trouble when setting the moon phase. He quoted me a very reasonable price and told me he would have it for me the next day. Sure enough, when I returned the next day, he had repaired it so I could adjust the moon phase. He had found that the stem was worn smooth, so he scored it so I could get it to catch when I turned the stem. Brilliant! I returned to buy a beautiful clock I had seen in his window. I'm going to be a regular customer from here on.

This particular location always has designer clothing, higher end shoes and a much better grade of products then all the other marshals I've been to. A worker started following him around, saying don't touch that ball, and said " I wanna smack him" to someone else. The worker picked up a toy nerf gun that wasn't in a box, held it in his hands as one would hold a nerf gun and moved it from one area to another while following my son around. Then said "do you want to leave the store" and my son said no and he took the ball from him. My son told me after I drove away, I feel he targeted my son for bouncing a ball and picked up the nerf gun to almost intimidate him. If you are a mom and you think your child is safe browsing around, while you shop, be extra careful of this worker.

I had ordered a phone through Jeff, a rep there, a couple of weeks ago and it was delivered today. When I came to pick-up my phone the monthly rate was higher than I remember being originally quoted (by $10/month). I did not have the written quote with me, but when I challenged the pricing I was told "that is the price, there is nothing I can do and I don't want to argue with you for an hour". I reluctantly accepted the new pricing, but then I was told that I could not buy the phone because he "didn't want the heartache" of selling to me and that I was being "aggressive". When I said that he hadn't seen me aggressive, he offered to check out, implying that he was going to meet me in the parking lot. Needless to say, I left the store without a phone. I have since recovered the original quote, and my memory of the monthly pricing was accurate. Jeff's behaviour was totally unacceptable and I would never go into this store again. I urge all of you to do the same.

He was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and got me a new phone quickly. I managed to get my old phone sent back to me and I was able to turn it in and get a credit applied to the new phone.
