OK, let's start this for you by saying that I've been going there for years and I've never had a…read moreproblem and that's why I continue to go there However I haven't been there in a while So I went there the other day and let's just say it's not as efficient as it used to be. Every time I've been there, I've been in and out under a half hour and it almost didn't matter how busy it was I went there Friday, July 10 just after work around 4:30 when I pulled up there was two cars ahead of me. You can't really call yourself in economy oil change place when it takes almost 40 minutes before you call me up to the counter to collect the bill and you're not even done with the oil change yet. But that's not my biggest complaint My biggest complaint is, I could hear them talking about how they're having trouble with my car hood from the lobby and full disclosure. I've never had any trouble with my car ever in my life. This is not a situation where I knew that thing was messed up and blah blah blah. Negative Never had a problem with my car hood So then one of the workers there calls me up and charges me for the oil change and then immediately casually mentions that they're having a little trouble closing my hood, but should just be a couple minutes. As soon as I sit down, he calls me back up like immediately And says hey, come here let me show you. I'm not sure why he had me go sit down or tell me that something should only take a minute when he didn't have an idea of how long something would possibly take but that's another story I guess So I go back to where they're doing the work on the and I stand next to the at what they're talking about and they say they can't get the hood closed, but they're willing to take apart the to rectify the problem, but it's gonna take a couple hours Well, I didn't have a couple hours to wait so I told them that I'm all just gonna have to drive off and then they said well you can't drive like this due to the fact that the hood will pop open. I was a little discussing that they didn't tell me any of this until immediately after they charged me. I was super annoyed full disclosure. I'm not the best at controlling my anger so I just called my brother who and if this a big fix and if I can just drive it away. He told me not to worry about it and that there's a secondary catch and that the hood won't pop over and I can drive it away and he'll take care of it. Funny these guys didn't even know that Whatever I guess I'm just pissed that after they immediately charged me they brought up the issue. I felt like I shouldn't have been charged for the oil change considering my hood was completely fine driving in there. I would definitely not recommend going there in Glastonbury Connecticut due to the poor customer service They have my information do you think I've heard from them to see how my hood went or that they're sorry for the inconvenience..... nope Do not go to the Glastonbury economy oil change if I could give zero stars I would Brian Sulliman 860-604-1156 I never leave bad reviews so here's my personal cell phone number if one of them or the company wants to get a hold of me I'm not expecting anything though

Went to a different spot down the road and my car bottomed out trying to get it in, so I had to leave (my car is really not that low to the ground), so decided to try Mobil 1 Lube Express instead. I was glad I did! I pulled up only a few minutes before their stated closing time, but they took me in anyway (and someone behind me too). I was really appreciative of that. You don't wait in your car here like you do at other places. They have you get out, drive your car into the bay for you, and you go into the waiting room. There is a nice leather couch and several chairs, 2 tvs, and a wide selection of magazines. The waiting room is super clean and smells good! It smelled like Yankee Candle Sun and Sand. I spent only about 10 - 15 minutes in that waiting room though, they had my car done very quickly. They do an inspection of your car, top off your fluids, put air in your tires, the works. A basic oil change is $29.99 plus disposal fee and tax. Quick, easy and not too expensive...an overall win for me! I will definitely be back.

Most of us are struggling financially and he could have been a bit more thoughtful to that. They just want to overcharge everyone and make the money for the company.
