Oil changes here are always quick, yesterday I was in and out in 15 minutes. Prices are reasonable. My basic oil change yesterday cost $36.11. They never try to sell you things you don't need (i.e. "you need new headlights! you need new wiper blades!") which is refreshing. I've never had work done on my car here, so I can't speak for those services. The gas prices here are usually comparable to the cheapest in town, sometimes a few pennies more. Cross is 1/4 mile from my house, so it's my go to gas station! They also have a great variety of snacks/drinks/coffee (yum) and they have ice.

The service person never even looked at the other tires. One of the tires is brand new so that would not constitute 4 Tires to be replaced. I went another service provider who was able to plug the tire and indicated that three of my tires had a very good tred and one of my tires was almost new. The second provider was honest where Firestone was just looking to make a buck. Buyer beware know how to check the tree on your tires so you don't fall into this trap.

I always get nervous getting work done on my car, but the crew talked me through everything they were doing. They also put air in my tires and checked to make sure my lights were working well. Know that your oil change price depends on the oil you choose. I also like that they give me a breakdown sheet of what I'll need done on my car once I reach a certain mileage. I rely on this sheet because I wouldn't know how to maintain my car otherwise.
