Total Rip Off, Aggressive sales tactics, they charged $625 to trim 5 dead Queen Palm branches, when they indicated the Crown growth was to be removed. After coming out and charging $625, the trimmers said the Crowns did not need any removal. They also quoted and charged $100 for " irrigation system seasonal adjustment " - after charging the fee, they did not adjust our watering system and instead provided a proposal for $15k to replace our system. When trying to communicate with these folks, they talk in circles, and the original estimator that ripped us off wont show up at our home. They aggressively marketed us unsolicited, then overcharged for doing little work and will not remedy . read more

I had Valley tree care come out on September 25th and fertilize my palm trees. I paid over $1,200 for 6 palm trees. Today is Feb 1st and the palm trees look worse than when it all started. They came out again after my disappointment email, palm trees still look bad and actually way worse which proves service does not work. I would not recommend them. I am now buying stuff from Amazon to fertilize these myself which is going to cost me one fraction of the price and I would have saved over $1,000 dollars. Stay away read more

He quoted the trimming service of (3) trees and clean-up for $1500.00 and then asked for a Credit Card to reserve a "Booking Date" (I complained, saying we pay our bills). My wife and I have a stealer credit rating and reside in a Million-dollar home in the Anthem Country Club, yet he persisted in demanding this CC for booking. I promptly reported this disagreement to the main office, asking that Mr. Schmidt (Owner) be involved. The owner's response was "If I'm serious about my Tree Care, I would not complain so much!". This SAME process happened a few years ago with the company, Trees for Needs, and it took months to remove an Unauthorized Charge on our CC after a terrible job trimming the same trees.
