This place is an EMBARRASSMENT. They yell at customers. Whoever answers their phone service needs a check in customer service. You don't sit there and TELL the customer THEY are wrong because of the way that they choose to speak. Because of the way that they choose to give them numbers?!? An expiration date os 12/28 is PUT ON THE NUMBER PAD IN THIS ORDER - 1-2-2-8. SO.... when I say the expiration is 1-2-2-8 I'm not saying JANUARY. too bad I can't leave no stars. so, from Valley Pizza on Oct. 31st my girls ordered a cheeseburger grinder with light mayo, lettuce, tomato. they got extra extra mayo and no tomato, and extra lettuce. it was a mayonnaise and lettuce grinder. basically. the exact opposite of what they ordered. my stepdaughter cut one little piece off, took one little bite, and threw the rest out. the girls couldn't eat it because of how much mayonnaise was on it. it was disgusting. they said they almost vomited. turan said, "Most of it was eaten." that's a pile -O ! they remade it and came to get the rest of it. you'd think when they got it back to the pizzeria and opened it, they would've looked at our ticket, apologized, and offered a free grinder next time. but noooo. now, friday night, we tried to order. the guy on the phone told me that the owner, Turan, says if the complaining doesn't stop, he won't take our orders anymore????!!! if. the. complaining. doesn't. stop. has anyone ever heard such a thing from a restaurant???....is that their version of hospitality and customer service and satisfaction??? we've spent over ****$12,000.00**** thousand dollars at their restaurant in the past 3 years; $4,000.00 per year. and that's just the food. we tip at least $5 every time. I'VE even tipped the phone, girls. so if you count the tips, we're talkin' another $1,440.00, just to the drivers. then, the phone girls add another $600, roughly. grand total:.... around ***** $14,000.00.***** that's 6 months' pay @ $15/hour, 40 hours/ week. and this is the thanks we get?? I have a family of girls, and that's how they're treated by these SUCKERS? that's how he treats women. like pieces of TURD so he doesn't care because he's a millionaire, right? well, social media is a very big place. I plan on paying for a google ad telling people our story. plus platforms, community forums, and websites I own. you don't get to hurt people without some recompense. never bite the hand tidy feeds ya. i gather this can hopefully cost him at least several thousands of $$ in potential business and, in turn, he learns some kind of lesson from this! Found this place while doing business with CVS next door. Man, if you're hungry and order the house special pizza, you will be happy you did. I ate nearly a half pizza the first time I ordered (oops). So good. I've driven there just for the pizza as local selections just don't hit the spot like this one. Got their coupons in the mail and we decided to try the delivery. Wasn't impressed but will try a second time as anybody can have an off day. The pepperoni pizza was cheesy but the crust was soft and doughy, the cheesy garlic bread was miserable and smashed, we couldn't separate it and didn't try it. The mild wings had pretty good flavor but were small and sparse on meat. I asked for extra blue cheese and our container was just over half full. read more

so I've been ordering from here for a few years now... I usually like it.. Enough to to keep ordering! It's not the best food but when you wanna chow and want it delivered fast... It's the way to go! Except tonight. Tonight we ordered two 16 inch grinders. We both found hair in our food.... Several Long black stringy hairs... Initially this wouldn't have been enough to turn me off to them forever, but when I called about it the manager called me a liar! saying over and over that they have "hats on" he refused to even offer an apology, where any other business knowing I'm a semi regular customer would have given me a refund or at the very least a soda and a apology... The grinders are very good but it depends on what kind you order. In some of the grinders they do not put enough food inside of it. However, the prices are very reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for. Valley Pizza should change their name to Valley Grinders because the pizza is a let down. Way too greasy and doughy. I'll order a grinder from here once in a while if I want a cheap sub-par meal. read more

The food was garbage. Asked to get a replacement order and give them back the old one. The quesadillas taste like grill cleaner. The food was cold. The containers were Styrofoam which westfield banned a year ago. Talked to Barbara she said she was the manager and i spent 40 dollars on food and delivery. My BBQ quasdillas was not BBQ it was ketchup mixed with mayonnaise. BBQ is brown not red. I have pictures. Because you have to remake food at 1050pm and you close at 11. This is some of the worst service I have ever received. Called in an order for a specific pizza and told the girl 3 three times what we wanted. When the delivery arrived we received an unappetizing cheese pizza. We then called the place to complain about the order and at first was told that they could deliver another pizza or give us a credit towards next time. After the person on the phone went and talked to the owner, we were told that there was nothing that they could do for us. Well they just lost two customers and we will find a much better place to have pizza in Westfield. Strike this place from your list of places to get good food and service. One of the better pizza places in Westfield. Good specialty pizzas and great chicken wings. Grinders are also good. I haven't tried any of their dinners yet. Calzone was just OK. Garlic bread with cheese and pepperoni is a steal. I have never personally had a major problem with their service. When I call, they already have my address and information in their computer, so I guess there is not a lot to go wrong. They deliver and are open on Mondays. read more

I don't think they should even get one star...... we ordered two wraps that came with fries and threw it all away. Not sure how anyone can mess up fries but they sure can. They were cooked in nasty oil that tasted like chicken and they were burnt and so greasy. The wraps were next to the hot fries which made the dressing hot and drip all over you couldn't even eat the wrap because it was so messy and disgusting. I think we ate at Valley once before and now I remember why we didn't go back. I will NEVER go back there. Will stick to Family Pizza and making my own sandwiches. read more

Absolutely horrible they dnt even deserve 1 star. There food is disgusting what I found in my wrap was horrendous and gross. When I called they were rude, finally said they were gonna refund my money. Next day I called to see if they refunded me they said no we will give u another wrap but wont refund ur money. I told them I dnt want food from There ill never eat anything from there again after finding what I found in my food. Needless to say they wouldn't refund me and they were nothing but rude.
