When I called to get a quote and set up an appointment he was very good at picking up the phone and setting a good time for us to meet that fit both our schedules. Our front entry lock was not working properly. You can get in, but you couldn't get out. The knob just kept turning (Baldwin ). I turned to Yelp and selected Valley Key And Locksmith. Joseph is absolutely incredible. I needed my only car key replaced and programmed. Joseph answered right away and met me where my car was. When he got there we realized my car needed a different key than the one he had in his inventory. Instead of giving up on me he drove me to purchase the correct key! Who does that?! Joseph does. He even went in with me to be sure they sold me the correct key at a reasonable price. When we got back to my car, he cut the key, got my door open, and reprogrammed the new key.
