Well, those pads do not always stop battery post corrosion and Advance Auto is the only store I know of which requires you to purchase the anti-corrosion pads to have the battery warranty in effect. Walmart has quality auto batteries that are much cheaper and no upselling. I will never go back. Never!

As a trusted repair shop via my insurance company, I expected MUCH better service - I WAS SO WRONG! To start off, I was told to bring it the night before due to my work schedule. Only to get there & every entrance was blocked by a show vehicle (keep in mind, I had an appointment time). Therefore, I had to inconvenience someone else to take my car the next morning while I went to work. From there, my completion date was changed AT LEAST 5 times, I stopped counting after awhile! I realize some things change, but this was utterly ridiculous seeing as how it was just a crack in my bumper! Not to mention the amount of times that I had to call to get an update on my car, only to be told "you were on my list". The miscommunication is seriously laughable. When I finally got a call my car was ready on Friday, I received another call Monday telling me it would be ANOTHER week! Literally a bad dream at this point. God forbid I don't have another car accident anytime soon, but if I do, I will not be using the local "reliable dealership", I'll take my chances elsewhere and hopefully won't be without a car for an entire month!
