Made an appointment online 5 days in advance. Then called to check how long it would take, whether I should wait or get dropped off. They told me might take a few hours. Showed up for appt. 9 AM on sat. Told me Id need to leave the car for 3 days or could reschedule for monday (because they only do oil changes and tire rotations on Sat.) Come back Monday, leave the car. They call and say sorry, the recall is NOT covered. said it expired 2 months ago. (2011 car, recall extended replacement to 15 year warranty).

Months later I took off work to set up a service appointment only to get there and see they had it for another date. This was their mistake. They were willing to take my car in to their credit but they would have needed to keep it over night to properly diagnose the issue. The person over the phone said I would be in and out in 2 hours. Not even an apology despite having to waste a vacation day for this. Since the dealership is 40 min away, I wasted my whole morning.

When I decided to do Weathertech floomats, I immediately thought of this location, checked prices before I went in, and saw that they were priced comparably. Michelle ordered them and they were delivered the next day. Michelle called and let me know they were in. Great communication! Two perfect transactions. Really happy with this business. There was horrible communication between Mopar and the dealership and with them giving us any information needed--we still haven't even gotten our issue resolved. It seems those two organizations don't communicate. It was also interesting because the dealership claimed that we had rust and corrosion (why they claim the warranty wasn't valid) but when we looked under our vehicle (only 3 years old) when we received it back, there was no rust or corrosion of the sort there. So the dealership calls Good Deal Used Cars they hang up on the dealership I'm at . I go up to Good Deal Used cars to get an understanding with them no solution. I'm stuck with this car that I've been risking my life in since I've got it , I'm paying out of pocket constantly to get things fixed .
