There was horrible communication between Mopar and the dealership and with them giving us any information needed--we still haven't even gotten our issue resolved. It seems those two organizations don't communicate. It was also interesting because the dealership claimed that we had rust and corrosion (why they claim the warranty wasn't valid) but when we looked under our vehicle (only 3 years old) when we received it back, there was no rust or corrosion of the sort there.
