However, when I got my new car I kept having a light come on indicating something was wrong whenever I put gas in my car. I thought it was the cap, and replaced it, but that wasn't the issue. I took it to A&M and was told that a sensor in my fuel system was bad and agreed to them replacing it. A week went by and it came one again, so I went back. Mike told me that the sensor they got was bad and replaced that one. A couple of weeks go by and the light came on again. I decided to take it the dealer who informed me it was the sensor A&M replaced. I informed him that A&M replaced that sensor not once, but twice, to be told that the sensor in my car was indeed the original sensor from 2018. I was charged over $300 to replace a sensor by A&M only to find out that they never even touched my car. After experiencing such good and honest service for the few years I dealt with them I was extremely disappointed to find out that they became dishonest and shady.

My tire indicator said the pressure was low on Thursday after I left work so I had it filled at the Conrad's in North Olmsted (because the N Ridgeville store had a broken air hose so they told me to go there. Glad I had a dinner in N.O. that night.). Friday after work my indicator light was on again. Knew it was either the tire, the stem, or the sensor. Went to Conrad's in N Ridgeville since it was close to home and there were no customers in the waiting room so I felt that they could help me quickly. Was told they could not assist me because it was too late in the day (they close at 6) and that I would have to make an appointment. This was around 3:45. Was told if they took the time to check my tire and the manager found out, they would get in trouble. Next time slot they had where I would not have to take a day off was in 2 weeks. Just started a new job so I could not just take off. The kicker was that they still could not put air in my tire to tie me over! Frustrated, I called Van's. This was around 4:00. Know they are always busy, but I took a chance. Even if they could put air in the tire, I would figure something out. I was willing to do anything to get this handled. Was told to come up and they would take a look. They found a screw in the tire and was able to plug the hole. They worked me in around the other customers, and I am very grateful. I was out by 5:30.
