There were also bagged chips, cubed fruit and Tajin candies on display. Service is always quick. *Aguachile: plump shrimp, cucumber, and avocado in a cup with spicy water. This surprisingly packed a lot of heat so it went well with the fruit. The cucumbers soaked up the peppery seasoning well. The shrimp was tender and sweet. The most refreshing version I've had in the Central Valley. *Ceviche: shrimp, tomato, cucumber, onion and avocado cooked in citrus. The container looked small but it was filling. Surprisingly mild tasting compared to the fresas con crema. *Fresas Con Crema: the serving size was a bit small for $9 but it was creamy and sweet.
