I used to love coming to this burger spot. But over time the customer service was not at all good. They will be irritated and upset if you want them to fix your order. The wait is always super long, so if you are in a rush, I recommend not going. Also, the last time I went, my sister, brother, dad, and I got food poisoning. Poor communication, and refused to fix our order after they messed it up. We usually get good service during the day but we called to place an order and they still had 20min to close and the guy said we're closing in 20min so we can't take anymore orders. I get it they wanna close already but their closing time is 9 and the cleaning that needs to be done or whatever excuse they have gets done AFTER closing. read more

My family and I always go here when we're wanting a big juicy burger!! My husband and I usually get the double bacon king burger! I've been going to Valley Drive In for 12 years and it has never disappointed. I love the Ortega burger and the fries are great. I love the crushed ice too. The only draw back is they charge to use your credit card and they have a minimum to charge also. read more
