Overall, I liked the tenders themselves. . I ordered coleslaw instead of fries, but it was just ok. I was a little disappointed in it really. And the Cane's sauce that everyone raves about was just ok. I'm not a huge fan. I like the Dave's Hot Chicken sauce and tenders much better, though they are two different types of places, I understand. I think the chicken is good here and the slaw was alright, but I personally don't get the funky bread here or the sauce...to each their own. I did ask at the window and they were able to switch it to a diet soda so that made me feel a lot because I know the burger and fries were more than enough calorie wise. I got my tried and through number one double double animal style and regular fries. Hadn't been able to have anything here for a couple of years as we don't have one nearby but it was definitely worth the drive. I was so miserably stuffed before I even was done with my burger but they have such a good fresh taste you just can't help yourself. Fries here are either a love or hate thing and I happen to love them so with that in a giant drink with really nice ice I was a happy camper. Only wish there was one close to me so I could visit more often. And for anybody who is not familiar with In-N-Out yes the lines in the drive-through are worth it!

I asked if the Root Beer came with free refills since it was a float and the dispenser is behind the counter. He told me the Root Beer has free refills and if I wanted more Ice Cream, there would be an additional charge. I think it is the same price as buying a cone for $0.99. I can't remember, but I remember thinking I would've just bought the cone and put the ice cream in my mug & eaten the cone. I requested the Frosty Mug. I actually thought I ordered the keepsake mug, but the total for my float was less than the cost of the mug, so I knew I wasn't keeping the mug. I truly enjoyed my Root Beer Float especially after walking up and down Main Street in Downtown Visalia for a few hours in the heat. It was smooth and delicious! I couldn't resist getting the refill on the Root Beer! I made sure to save a little ice cream from the first fill. I'm glad I stopped in for the Root Beer Float! Maybe I'll try some hot food next time!

The speaker system is outdated and so staticky you can barely hear anything being said. The employee taking orders was rude from the start and acted irritated when I had to ask multiple times what she said because she was mumbling. I ordered a Reese's cyclone and was handed an Oreo cyclone instead. When I politely explained it was the wrong order, I was basically told I would have to take it regardless of it not being what I ordered. When I pushed back, things got unnecessarily escalated instead of being handled with simple customer service. Bringing over two other employees while remaking my cyclone made the situation even more uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. After all the drama and attitude over such a simple mistake, I honestly didn't even feel comfortable eating it and ended up throwing it away because I wasn't sure if it had been tampered with. If you don't like your job, maybe you shouldn't work there, or at least take some customer service training. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way. Save yourself the trouble and drive a few extra miles to Exeter for Frosty King or Burger Express. Much friendlier employees and far better service.
