The there is very helpful, but my experience with the receptionist and choosing the eye wear for and my became very challenging. Once I was done I received my take up to four weeks or more. I was told from the receptionist like attitude no customer service. I understand it'll be a lot of difficult people and customer but there's shouldn't be no issue no problems when it comes to a customers request other than that, they do do toddlers if you do have a child I was told by the receptionist they don't, but the doctor told me they do. She child and we was good there. give this place a three out of four for customer service. read more

I've been coming here since the early 00's. With the exception of my very first visit, the staff had been amazing every time I've come in. They treat me like a person. They're not afraid to tell me when my frame choice may not be the best and they don't try to upsell me on something unless I ask for it. Since COVID and because of my availability, I've been seeing Dr. Hao regularly for the last 5 years. While I miss seeing Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Hao is just as awesome! She has great attention to detail, she listens to what I have to say and she answers all my questions, even the ones I think are silly. She even gives me resources to look into if she sees I'm really into something. She has my complete trust. I've given you my review. The rest is up to you. read more

I was a potential new patient, but I didn't bother once I interacted with someone. I called around 12:50p on Saturday, and when the woman answered, they just said "hello," no business name, nothing. So it threw me off anyways I asked if they accept new patients, and she said "no," so I said "ok." then she responded with "Do you want to make an appointment?" but she clearly just said no. So I mentioned, "You just said no to new patients?" and she responded rudely. It's not what she said. So I told her I didn't want to deal with the attitude, so it's ok. I had my first appt scheduled and as I was driving over less than 30 minutes till my appt. I received a text that they had a Covid exposure. Despite the inconvenience I understood the situation and they let me know they could schedule me the next week if they are feeling better. I figured they would at least contact me when they were open again and feeling better but no contact. So I text back a few weeks later and they give me a call back that I missed and also get a text that "they're pretty booked out". For having an appt cancelled the hour of, I would think they would be more accommodating and professional about this. The least they could do is schedule me for the next week as they mentioned. I was hoping this could be my family's new eye Dr. but wow the way they handled this is unbelievable. Iv been going to Dr.Nguyen (hope I spelled that right) since 2010 when I moved to Vallejo. Not only is she so thorough , always fitting me with the best contacts (she offers trial lenses to ensure they're a great fit before you purchase) but she is also just the sweetest lady that will make you feel so comfortable, like she's an old friend. First time here and I had a very positive experience. I had an eye exam with Dr. Sabatini and he was super friendly and did a very thorough eye exam. I also felt like he took the time to answer my questions and wasn't rushing through the exam (which I've experienced in the past with other optometrists). I think that some things to know before you go is: 1) It's by appointment only. I've seen some negative reviews about this but honestly, I think that they're just trying to be safe and compliant with the number of people in there due to covid. 2) It might take a while for you to get your glasses done. Again, due to covid, which is not within their control. Overall, I would definitely recommend for an eye exam :) read more
