I had my first appt scheduled and as I was driving over less than 30 minutes till my appt. I received a text that they had a Covid exposure. Despite the inconvenience I understood the situation and they let me know they could schedule me the next week if they are feeling better. I figured they would at least contact me when they were open again and feeling better but no contact. So I text back a few weeks later and they give me a call back that I missed and also get a text that "they're pretty booked out". For having an appt cancelled the hour of, I would think they would be more accommodating and professional about this. The least they could do is schedule me for the next week as they mentioned. I was hoping this could be my family's new eye Dr. but wow the way they handled this is unbelievable. I would steer clear of this place, if I could give 0 stars that would be more accurate. read more
