The food comes fast- drinks followed by chips/salsa, followed closely by salad, and then main course. I was impressed at the steady stream of courses. They do seem to favor black pepper for their seasoning, but not to the point of it being obnoxious. I like perhaps a bit more "pop" to the flavor of the food if I'm being honest, but I generally like my food to be loud. The salsa is onion heavy (onions being the main flavor of the salsa), which would be a problem for some of my family members who are allergic.
