So far so good. Dealt with them for a few weeks only but so far they have been extremely nice and professional to deal with. I have a very expensive diesel coach in there and so far they have gone way out of their way to assist with the storage. Just great ! Glen read more

Valet Indoor Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Sacramento, California

I was a little concerned with storing our brand new 2020 wake boat, but valet storage made it easy! I filled the application online and the signup took less than 5 minutes. All vehicles are dropped-off in the back, which is gate access only, and they use a fork lift to transfer indoors. The lease comes with a free key card for the gate, but if you don't want to get out of your car like me, there is a wireless remote to purchase for $20. It also comes with free washes (haven't used yet) and free ice to fill your coolers (which I use every time). Everyone is always friendly when scheduling a pickup, and I like that you can drop off in back after-hours. They even have magnets to put on your boat trailer that say "please wash," "leave outside" (for next day), or "dump grey water" (for RVs), etc. Couldn't be happier! read more

If you care about your property do not store it here because they don't and it will get damaged! They will also continue charging you after you discontinue storage. I had my RV stored here for 3 years and had no problems under the old management. The new owners suck. I let an employee here know that I'm coming to pick up my RV and won't be returning it because I'm able to park it at my new property. I picked it up after hours in their yard. The battery was completely dead and I had paint spots on my RV. I got a phone call the next day from them trying to find a way to continue charging me somehow but I wasn't going for it so they left it alone. Well, a month later a new bill showed up as if My RV is still there and we haven't had multiple conversations about the paint spots on my RV and the fact that I'm no longer storing it here! read more

We have stored our vehicles without issue, with Valet for years, and everything was fine until they sold last month to a couple of guys that should not be in this business. FIRST THING THEY DID WAS SEND OUT LETTERS OF RAISING PRICES. The SECOND thing they did was CUT the power to all boats, cars and RV's. No electricity charging our items, so that when we check out, we are given dead batteries. But that it not the worst. They held my tear drop hostage for a week. I left messages and emails and finally the previous owner's daughter called me apologizing telling me she is helping the new owners with the transition and she did let them know I wanted my trailer. They never returned my calls, to this day. I trust these are bad dudes. Money laundering, anyone? WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY TRAILER, I LET THEM KNOW I WOULD NOT BE RETURNING IT, THEY LOST MY BUSINESS. DISHONEST MEN. I will get my other property out soon, as soon as I can find a home for it, but I will never recommend these DISHONEST BAD PLAYERS, EVER. MAY BE CHEAPER, BUT MAKE SURE YOU STUFF IS INSURED AS THESE GUYS SEEM VERY BAD. THREE STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT. read more

For the last 4 years we have stored our 27 foot Airstream trailer and our 28 foot boat with Indoor Storage. We pull our recreational equipment in and out during the summer for months at a time. It is difficult for the management to keep track but we have not had a problem In the last year if have seen a significant change in their customer service. They return phone calls and i have not had any problems with my billing. They will always try to help us with issues like a dead battery or filling our propane tank or etc. I highly recomment Valet Storage for your recreational equipment read more

One of the few facilities that offer indoor parking for RV's. The staff works hard to please customers. I don't like the food trucks, but there is no better choice for us for our RV storage. read more

I loved this place until the business was sold and the new owners raised the rent from $190 to $240. They tried to justify the increase by showing comparisons with other storage facilities. I called all of the facilities listed and the rates Valet listed were not accurate. Terrible business ethics... Also note that after it was sold, the services included in the storage agreement where never completed when requested. Trailer was not washed, battery not charged and tires not filled when I picked it up on the last two occasions. I'd recommend leaving your trailer parked outside rather than doing business with the new owners! read more

I stored my car here while on an extended trip abroad. Most of the storage is for RVs and boats. The facility is large and clean, and they have a great area to wait in if you need to. Free coffee, soft drinks with a pool table and TV to pass the time. Security seems good with CCTV cameras everywhere. The place is let down by poor organization. They lost the keys to my car while I was away so they could not charge the battery until I showed up with a spare key. Later I found the key under the passenger seat! Their adverts say they will inflate tires and keep your battery charged, but when I returned from my trip I found out this had not been done and was told then that you have to request this service. It would have been nice to know this before I left the car here. Finally, they incorrectly billed me for the last month which should have been a partial month but the bill was for a full month. They corrected the error when I informed them but it was a hassle. read more

We had our car stored here for six months while on holiday. Though most of the other vehicles there were RVs and boats, they will take automobiles. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to store anything unless you have an unnatural desire to feel stressed. When we came back from our holiday to pick the car up, we had found they had lost our car key! We had to bring another key in so they could move the car out of the indoor storage area. This business is not new, so I had assumed they would have some standard system in place to track keys. We chatted with another customer there who also had the same problem with lost keys. We were also told that they would maintain the car a bit while we were gone, but they told us they couldn't do it because obviously they didn't have the key! We also had a billing issue where they automatically charged us for a full month on our credit card when we were only there for half and gave plenty of notice. They corrected it, but really, it shouldn't have happened. read more

Valet Indoor RV Storage is great to store your boat, just don't purchase a boat. Anyway, It's advertised under Valet Marine and really not setup like a true boat dealership. There is no show room, no parts department and servicing is somewhere not to be found. The sale rep. isn't to professional, rude and flat out lie, no clue on selling your trade-in and never gives you a true answer to your question. After getting the run around, I pulled my boat from consignment and working with a real dealership. read more

Ive been storing my boat at this facility for around 6 years now. ive never had a problem with them ever. When you ask for your boat they have it out within 30 minutes. There has been times where i've forgot to call and i just showed up, they were very responsive and had my boat out within 10 minutes. Recently they just put in a general store that pretty much has everything for your boating needs. They have had free ice for there customers for the past 2 years also which help out tremendously so your not stopping 2 get ice on a busy day on the lake or river. Its located a quarter mile from Discovery park which is a plus. They also have the most friendliest staff. i diffidently would recommend them any day of the week. read more

Left out new Motorhome in this storage facility today After being very apprehensive about where we were going to store it. I'd read previous reviews regarding this particular facility that weren't very encouraging. We were greeted promptly by MIKE Whom we had to call on our cells once we got there. He was there to greet us in a few minutes as he evidently was working around the facility. I'm a pretty good judge of character & I was given a feeling of security that our rig would be safe & secure here. After checking out where it would be stored we were definitely ok leaving our "new baby" Thanx Mike read more

I have kept my boat here for about six months the people in the warehouse are rude to start off... These people were supposed to keep my boat and indoors they kept it outsideRuined the interior messed up electrical You could smell the cat urine ... I was very upset to say the least but I gave the owner who talk to me a week prior the benefit of the doubt that he would make things right... No money back for storage he never fix my boat and he told me he was too busy a week later a week after he told me he would fix it.. end of story I'm out thousands of dollars and I'm going to take these dirtbags to court and I have contacted the BBB do not take your stuff here these guys are the scum of the earth and have no respect for other peoples things... I also have pics and documents if anyone wishes to contact me read more

Stored my precious vw bus here in a pinch for 8 days and got a very affordable deal, with indoor storage and the option to leave a battery tender plugged in. I did not have any issues, in fact the (owner?) was very accommodating and nice, so maybe the negative reviews were from someone else or he changed his act- I even got my Key back hahahaha. Would definitely come here again if needed. read more

I have been storing my Tiffin Motorhome at Valet storage until I recently sold it. In all my time storing my coach there I have had nothing but superior service for anything I needed. The employees were always ready with a can do attitude for anything needed. Their prices are fair and there technique for storing your vehicle was well thought out and easy to use. I highly recommend if you are in need of their service to use them. read more

The owner is an absolute gangster when it comes too his pricing. We had been paying $170 a month, then when the one storage area closed down, he raised our rent to $350!!!! This is more than doubled and this was to park outside too! We have heard this from many other customers too. We absolutely won't do business with him again. read more

I have dealt with this management for many years, they are the only game in town for indoor storage, and they know it. Now they are also the food truck storage kings, it is a total shitshow to both pickup or drop off my boat. They recently raised rates 25% . They say they wash, maintain battery and tires, in all the years my boat has been there it has never been the case. The staff does their job as well as could be expected with the nightmare the greedy owners have created. Put up with this crap because I want my boat inside and they are the only game in town,am done and selling it and getting out. If you have a buttload of money and dont mind waiting for food trucks to load ice, dump garbage or just block the road talking about food truck life, then this is the place for you. read more

Big fan of Valet's marine shop! A good, honest boat mechanic is very hard to find, and I'd recommed Valet to anyone.

I have been storing my boat at Valet for about 2 months. The first time I took my boat out this season I had engine trouble. When I signed up with them, they told me they had a service deptment. So when I brought the boat back to the facility. I mentioned to the lady at the desk that I was in need of some service. The owner of the facility asked the lady to call over the serviceman from their other storage building and have him come over right a way. Miguel was courteous and helpful. He persisted in searching out the problem and eventually came up with the fix. This facility is secure and my boat in stored indoors at a reasonable price. As far as being prompt in bringing the boat out, when I call they always have it out and waiting for me. I totally recommend this business!! Bruce A. read more

Perfect for our boat. The older reviews were probably done under different management, as we have had our boat here for 2 years with no problems with the storage company. Always on time, courteous and have free ice to load up on. read more

I was weary due to the poor reviews below, but it seems that the facility has really gotten it together since those were written. I've stored my boat here for 1 year now and could not be happier. The owner himself even called me to fix an issue I was having! Great price, location, and facilities. Love that they have an ice machine for you to fill your cooler before you head out on your boat. 5/5 would reccomend read more

Have been storing a boat here for over 5 years and couldn't be happier with their service. Whenever you need it out just call an hour ahead of time and they have it waiting for you in an easy pick up spot. When you drop it off they will even wipe it down for you. Their staff are always super friendly and understanding. Their rates are reasonable and location is conveniently right off I-5. The gate is coded or you can use your remote gate opener which I love. Their are camera inside and out of the facility and their are insured giving great piece of mind! They now have a store inside their facility that sells any kind of boating necessity and food. Our favorite part is the ice vending machine which is a must have for boating season and saves is one less stop on the way to a fun event not to mention a couple bucks. The only thing I would mention is that the restrooms are so far from the drop off/pick up spot but its not that big of a deal. I would highly recommend this storage facility. read more

I buy propane here. Great price, great services. I fill 10 bbq tanks a week for my business. I call ahead when I'm driving there. Their guy meets me at the tank and fills everything fast, then he helps me load them up. They never mind if my tank is 1/2 full to start with. It is all good. read more
