It's a testament to the eatery when the food and portion sizes are as good as you remembered from a year ago. They have an enclosed patio for cosy outside dining. Service is still spot on. Will come back.

We loved our steak sandwich here, which we ordered with fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the sandwich came with a healthy amount of arugula, all seasoned very well. The fries were super crispy but not over-fried! They have a Thai chili hot sauce and a dark berry habanero hot sauce made in house. Both had a great kick and I mixed the Thai chili hot sauce with ketchup. Yum!
The place is located in a small out outlet of miscellaneous shops, services and eateries. The restaurant is small but has seating the back outside which is nice and private. Hubby and I have been coming here on Sundays after church service. We like to share our orders. This time we shared the Fall hash skillet with sweet potato, chicken apple sausage onions and cheese with spinach along with a churro waffle. I also got their coffee which was so good. I definitely want to try their other coffee they have there next time. The service is wonderful here too. Hubby and I enjoyed our time here along with our food and do plan on coming back to try more of their menu. Churro waffle
This place has been bookmarked for long time and I finally tried it, and I am happy I did! The place is a bit small and it does get busy. I think they have outdoor seating too so during the summer it would be nice to sit outside and have some breakfast. We came in and were promptly seated. My friend ordered the chilaquiles and I ordered the rancheros with carnitas. We also ordered the churro waffle to split. The huevos rancheros with carnitas was really good! They did not skimp on the carnitas. Very filling. My friend said the chilaquiles verdes were really tasty and not spicy just like she likes them! The churro waffles was delicious and the perfect way to end a meal. Service was fast and friendly! I will definitely be back!
A great and cute local joint that has a wonderful selection of food. I usually always come in for breakfast and it's also quick and delicious. The service is great and they always bring out the array of salsas which are a great pairing with their dishes. Their steak and eggs is probably my favorite of all the things I've tried. Went to Valentina's for the first time, customer service overall great. I think the two servers were very sweet BUT mid food. We waited so long for the food and it was rather lukewarm warm when we got it. The potatoes were soggy and the chicken sandwich was bland. I got my drink more towards the end of the meal and it was just a mimosa. The mimosa was good but overall my experience was rather underwhelming.
My friend and I were looking for a comfy brunch on a rainy day and randomly found Valentinas, and boy am I glad we did! First of all, the service was amazing. Our server was attentive and happy to offer recommendations, and the right level of chatty/friendly! Second, and probably most importantly, the food was delicious! I got the chorizo benedict and it was fantastic! My friend got the veggie benedict and she says it was great too. I really want to find a reason to come back, that's how much I liked the food and service.
Amazing food, excellent service, in an At home ambiance, Valentina's delivers fresh dishes while giving impeccable service. I'm so happy because they brought back their signature Braised Short Ribs Eggs Benedict! They change up the menu every season, and I'm delighted the fall/winter menu is back in full swing. The Short Ribs Eggs Benedict are both flavorful and intriguingly delicious, as they are delivered on grit cake instead of the traditional English muffin. Every bite is heavenly. I also tried their Pumpkin stuffed French Toast, which was just as good as I knew it would be. French Toast cooked perfectly with toasted coconut, chocolate drizzle and what I believe to be a pumpkin syrup took this breakfast experience to the next level. I can't say enough about Valentina's. Farm to table and they do everything right!

I came by on Saturday around 11am. It was quite busy with the brunch rush. Despite that, I was greetes and seated quickly. Not long after I was served water and placed my order. Breakfast is served! (My order): Chorizo egg benedict- served with Rosemary potatoes. I am not an all an egg Benedict. Based on reviews on this dish and the photos, I decided to get out of comfort zone and give it a try! I was not disappointed! Egg-celent dish! Between the English muffin, crispy (and well seasoned) chorizo, and poached egg (served with a slice of jalapeño on top) the flavor was on point! I was impressed with how good it was! I didn't need to add any salt or pepper. I did sprinkle some of VK's branded hot sauce for some extra spice! The rosemary potatoes was well cooked, with plenty of rosemary in every bite. I would order this again. Rating:12/10 Churro waffle- I have a crazy sweet tooth and knew i needed to order this to enjoy after my chorizo egg Benedict! This was insanely good! Can I take the chef home to enjoy this everyday? I loved this so much. It is a churro in waffle form. Instead of being served in standard round form, they brought the artistry in for this one! It's served in a layered triangles topped with a banana slice, whipped cream, and a Caramel drizzle. Delicious! I couldn't stop eating it until it's gone! :D Syrup? Well.. none was provided...but, not at all needed. Everything you need to enjoy is on that platter! Rating: 15/10 I almost forgot to mention, both dishes can be shared with a friend or your date. There is seriously so much food to enjoy! Valentina's Kitchen is located on W American Canyon Road in a strip mall right across the street from Safeway fuel station. If you know, you know--and Valentina's is that kind of place. After searching for a true family breakfast spot in Napa Valley, this one delivered on every level. David and his wife create a genuinely warm, welcoming experience that feels more like being hosted than served. The menu is bold and beautifully executed. Portions are a solid 10/10 without compromising quality. The café de olla alone is worth the visit--rich, aromatic, and instantly took me back to my abuelita's kitchen. The crab eggs Benedict was flawless, and the house-made salsas--especially the raspberry and mango habanero--are next level. From the steak and eggs to a chorizo burrito my son called "totally bomb," every plate hits. TAG SOMEBODY!! Napa Valley--let's make this go crazy. We loved this local diner with American and Mexican favorites. Everyone was soooo nice and the food here is fantastic with local sustainable produce and grass fed beef. Our waitress Dania was super nice, efficient and took great care of us. The restaurant is cozy and clean with a nice back patio. We loved their Valentina burger, eggs Benedict, and salads. It was gourmet eating!! We loved it all. This little local restaurant is a fantastic diner with amazing Mexican and American eats. We absolutely loved it here! Five Stars! Valentina Kitchen is an absolute gem in American Canyon! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch--attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The food was incredible. We ordered the Asparagus Omelet and the Avocado Toast, and both were executed to perfection. The omelet was light, fresh, and packed with flavor, while the avocado toast was beautifully prepared with generous, fresh ingredients. You can really tell they care about quality here. Coworker and I just finished up a meeting and we're looking for a good brunch place. I love walking in here, you're not just greeted - you're welcomed. Our service was excellent and they told us we each made great choices - she especially highlighted the breakfast burrito. I was initially set back by the prices, but the quality of the food paired with their "mom-and-pop" atmosphere makes you comfortable paying wha I now believe is a fair price. My wife comes here much more than I do and always enjoys herself. Especially in American Canyon, we need more restaurants that mimic their model. They bring quality, a homeliness, and spirit to our small town. I hope this encourages those out of town to make their way for a nice meal. read more

Solid Mexican breakfast spot. I've been here 2 times and ordered the Chorizo Benedict, huarache, and the churro waffles - All were solid options. The restaurant is really small and only accommodates 30-40 at most. Overall good restaurant! read more

So, I Had their Cauliflower/Sweet Potato/Black bean tacos w/ an arugula side salad that comes with- a while back) and today I had their Portobello Romesco Gluten free burger with the tastiest Carrot soup (soup of the day) Delightful, simply delightful! I asked to add black beans and bacon to this dish...A pile of black bean juice covered veggie yuck with slimy pork fat mixed in is what I got. And the guy taking my order over the phone was not helpful when I told him I'd never ordered from there before, and it seemed like I was bothering to him that I even called. I cannot believe what I have been delivered and am so upset with this quality. I am literally crying. Can I give zero stars!?? read more

Valentina's is a small family owned breakfast/lunch spot with a very unique item that everyone should know about. It's called the Churro Waffle and if you love churros or cinnamon or likely both this item will have you over the moon. The chilaquiles, a sort of breakfast nachos, are flavorful and come in red or green chili versions. The breakfast burrito while not traditional is packed with an even distribution of meat, eggs and veggies. The one thing I would improve is the accompanying salsa. It was not hot enough for my taste. I like a good salsa but I am not much for adding hot sauce to things. They offer a variety of hot sauces to add as you like. Finally the coffee. I am someone who loves very strong coffee and it's rare that a restaurant makes strong coffee to my taste. Val's doesn't make strong coffee but it's strong enough that I really enjoyed it. There are less than a handful of breakfast spots in wine country that makes coffee I can drink. Valentina's is one of them. The service was fast and frendly. You know I am going back in April for that waffle again! read more

A Hidden Gem Worth Seeking Out Visiting the area from out of town, we discovered Valentina's Kitchen -- and loved it so much we returned a second time just three days later. That says it all. The food is the real star. The Rancheros with carnitas were bold and satisfying, the breakfast quesadillas expertly done, and both the berry-stuffed French toast and blueberry pancakes struck the perfect balance between indulgent and fresh. Everything tasted made with care. Don't leave without trying the Mexican coffee. Spiced with cinnamon and clove, it's warm and aromatic -- unlike anything you'll find at a chain, and worth the visit on its own. What truly sets Valentina's Kitchen apart is the hospitality. Owners David and Blanca are a genuine, hands-on presence, making sure every guest feels at home. It's easy to see why locals make this charming spot their go-to. If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. You may just find yourself coming back sooner than expected. read more

Food and service was excellent. Our son got the chicken and waffles and the chicken was moist and so flavorful. Our daughter got the churro waffle, delicious!! This is an amazing restaurant and such a find! We were in the area to attend a wedding and stopped off here on the way to have brunch. Everything we got was excellent! The coffee was good, the service great and the food delicious! My party and I enjoyed our meal here so much that we returned the next day! They have some of the best fries I've had-nice and crispy exterior. Other fried veggies are also on the menu but they do have seasonal veggies that are not on the menu so if interested, make sure to inquire! We shared fish tacos that I would normally shy away from for fear the fish will be dry from overlooking or otherwise a let-down. These were amazing good! We also ordered the burger with added egg on top-fantastic recommendation! The spinach salad was perfect-loved the cheese and strawberries in it! The interior seating is a bit cramped since the venue is narrow with one wall of tables across from an open cooking station. They do have seatingvin front and I THINK in the rear, but we didnt go check that out! My friend likes to note bathroom cleanliness and gave that a plus! I will definitely try to plan an excuse to go again but if in the area, I'd definitely be there! Hoping to post photos if I can find them! I was there then end of June 2025. read more

Stumbled across this great little restaurant this morning. Exceptional quality and flavor! This small family owned restaurant is worth becoming a regular customer. Received great service from David, one of the owners and enjoyed learning about their business. 5 starts is not enough. Food had a great flavor, relaxed vibe and an overall fantastic experience. Photo does not do it justice but we had the chicken and waffles and Valentina's Scramble Can't wait to try the next items. If you're still undecided just go give them a try! read more

Decided to come here for breakfast on the way home from Napa and my boyfriend and I were not disappointed! I grew up eating Mexican food in my home and the entree I had here was delicious! I really enjoyed their homemade hot sauce and the portion sizes were good. I had the Rancheros con carnitas and my boyfriend has the burrito from their breakfast menu. He really loved their burrito. Service was very quick. At least 3 different folks asked us how the meal was, if we needed anything etc. I appreciate their friendliness and attentiveness. We also ordered 2 coffees with our breakfast and what looked like freshly squeezed orange juice. The bill was surprisingly cheaper than what we expected so definitely worth it to come here! Overall it is a cute spot that was pretty busy around lunch time. We both agreed we would come here again whether on our way to Napa or back. I think we actually enjoyed this spot more than the 2 breakfast brunch spots we've been to in Napa, that honestly, just feel overhyped. Can't wait to dine here again! read more
