I'd say the 20 oz ribeye could probably serve close to 3 people. Wagyu is so rich it's like Elvish lembas bread from Lord of the Rings. One small bite is enough to sate a grown man. I'm glad the portions are so generous but had to pace myself. The Wagyu was melt in your mouth! It was cooked absolutely perfectly. Usually it comes with a chimichurri sauce but they substituted a different sauce (maybe a soy sauce based mixture) because someone in my party really dislikes cilantro. I would highly recommend getting an order of the salad. It's very refreshing and helps balance out the richness from the rest of the dishes. Or drink something with carbonation like sparkling water. Amanda checked in with us multiple times throughout the meal while also looking after their adorable daughter! You can really feel the heart and soul that they put into Chiquo & Eva.
