We purchased our very first older Golden from Brenda a few months ago. The experience was priceless!!! She made us all feel like family and helped us throughout the process. Her golden's are so special and made training process seamless. We had such a great experience that we actually just purchased a second one just a few days ago!! I would highly recommend to everyone VRG.

We bought our dog Taylor from Brenda and decided to buy the advanced training package. Taylor has impressed people everywhere with her beauty and calm disposition. She's so smart and she is so well behaved! Of course it's because of the extensive work Brenda does with her dogs and with the owners. She even has me send videos in between trainings so she could make sure I was doing things correctly. She really loves animals and really loves her dogs. She's an amazing dog trainer and our 6 month old puppy is shady trained as an emotional support animal. We're so grateful to her

Already agreed in advance about delivery. No refunds after 2 YEARS. And she is still asking me to take down the reviews

I waited since 5th of May for my puppy from Vail Ranch Goldens, and yesterday, Branda the owner of VRG just flipped on me and tell me she will give me a full refund. 4 months of wait and my puppy is gone, because of a terrible attitude from the dog breeder. A little backstory, I am a first time dog owner, called VRG on 5th May to inquire about getting a puppy from them. Knowing that they are located in Temecula, I asked Branda whether they can deliver to Los Angeles. Her response is yes, they can absolutely do that. She quoted me $3500 for the puppy - I found out later in one of their secret chat groups that the puppy is a much lower price, and there is a full orientation training program that was hard sell to the other families at $3500. So, I paid a much higher price than others - No problem with that. 1 day later, she told me she would deal with my FaceTime later, she hurt her shoulder, she's in bed in pain. -- Ok, benefit of doubt. Can't get one of your interns to video it for me? How difficult is that? So, I picked one and we agreed on a delivery date of 27th September. I reminded her again (nicely) closer to the day. On 24th September, I texted Branda and ask if I can pay the balance since the delivery is this coming 27th September. She said "no, sorry she has other families to deal with and they are important. I am the only one she has to make special arrangements to deliver to LA" WOW! That was literally my first question when I first called her. And we agreed to a date. She made it sound like she is doing me a favor. Although I am paying additional $300 for delivery, I have not once sound off entitled. If she suggest another date for delivery, I would be fine. Told her I will go with the refund, she has no replied me in 2 days. Cool. I am pretty certain she is going to come up with some lawyer claim -- she is still trying after 2 years, all bark no bite! I am still waiting for your lawyer letter, why are you harassing me to take down my review? She have not given me a refund after 2 years. again, I'm not going to try and sue to get my money back. I have already politely ask her a few more times, and she has not give me my money back since she need it desperately. I would just take it that I donate to the poor little puppies over at vail ranch. Raising awareness for any potential dog owners, don't bother getting from Vail Ranch. I waited for 2 YEARS amounting to nothing but bad experiences. If you follow their Facebook, it is all about how busy she is, how tired she is -- don't complain already! If you don't have the stomach to run a business, then go get a job, nothing wrong with that. If you have the audacity to own a business, treat your customers well. At least, with manners and not with such horrible attitude. She claim to be #1 dog breeder in California, but look at the reviews from others, I would highly reconsider. Update as of August 14, 2022, Branda from Vail Ranch Goldens have yet to refund me the deposit. But still consistently harassing l me, playing the victim card that she is a woman and she is a business owner Stop playing the victim card Brenda, just do your job/business by honouring a refund when you don't deliver. Where is your common sense?

We are very pleased with the training we received from Brenda at Vail Ranch Goldens. Our pup was pretty crazy and she turned him into an amazing emotional support dog. We can take him shopping with us and he responds well to our commands we learned from Brenda. We are grateful for our amazing trained pup. Thank you Vail Ranch Goldens.

I purchased my Golden retriever back in 2018. I was so pleased with the training and professionalism that Brenda the owner showed us. A few months after my purchase, our family decided to get another Golden. It's now been four years. Our girls are amazing and have completely changed our families life. We couldn't be happier!!!!

We've now had our girls since the beginning of the year, and they are the biggest blessings in our life! Brenda is so knowledgeable and demonstrates a serious commitment to each and every one of her puppies finding fantastic homes. I would recommend anyone searching for a golden puppy to work with Brenda! She's really gone above and beyond to check in with us and how they're doing, even months after they came home with us!

Brenda, you are correct, there are going to be clients that are pleased with your services. My husband and I are not. The videos you recorded of us on your old property were taken about halfway through our dog's training. At that point, we were pleased. We were disappointed that there were always new employees and new trainers, but we naively believed you when you said that they had all stolen from you. Soon after the video was recorded, you ended the training by sending a text to multiple families that stated you had been rushed to the ER and that doctors were demanding that you downsize or close your business before you "kill yourself". You admitted that teens (my dog included) did not receive outside fieldwork. I responded that I hope you felt better and I was sorry to hear you were ill. I waited two months before contacting you again - after I noticed your big announcement on Facebook that you had investors and were expanding the Vail Ranch business. This was a shock to me. I ask for continued training to finish the items listed on your webpage that were included with the advanced training for which we paid. You said that there were no reimbursements after 14 days and that he was just two weeks from graduating. I listed in my previous review the many skills that were not introduced, but clearly listed on your website. My husband and I were quite upset but dropped it because we looked you up online and you had at least 10 small claims court cases from Florida to California. We just didn't want to deal with it. We did not submit a review on your Yelp page (the one you deleted before this one appeared), but we saw terrible reviews on your BBB page and found many similar reviews through simple google searches. We did not do our due diligence and were duped. It wasn't until Danielle's post in a Temecula Golden's group that I saw SOOO many other people who had similar issues as us. We were not alone. We felt validated in our concerns and KNEW we had to speak up. Once we did, you texted me saying that the real reason you terminated our dog from the program was not that you were in the hospital but because my husband made you feel uncomfortable. You messaged my husband that you would refund us $2,000 if we removed our reviews. A few days later you said you changed your mind and had hired a lawyer. You have no business license. You have no BBB accreditation (because your business license has been suspended). You have no training facility and are not allowed to run a business on your current property.

Had dogs all my life, but Brenda taught me so much about training and obedience. We got a beautiful, well trained puppy from Vail Ranch. When you adopt from Brenda it's not transactional, she cares about all her grand babies. We've kept in contact sporadically and Brenda is always willing to offer advice. This is an amazing breed. If you're looking for a family pet, I highly recommend checking out Vail Ranch.

We got our baby girl Aria from this amazing lady and we are beyond blessed!! I have health issues and Brenda worked with her to know when I'm having a attack!! She is the love of our life our kids are all grown and our Aria sure helps with them being gone Brenda saved us with this amazing doggy/daughter! We will absolutely always be connected she is such a great lady

Proof of my checks being posted by business owner see snapshot says 11:34pm also see it says 9 hours not 10 minutes

Response to business owner:view the pictures of the time my PERSONAL CHECK INFORMATION WAS ON WORLD WIDE YELP.You say it was ten minutes and placed on Yelp by mistake. You had to go find my checks take. Pic and upload the pic on YELP My check account number and router info was online for over 9 hrs.In 15 yrs I have NEVER had this account comprised.I had two instances of fraud this am.The Amazon fraud you had was your employee ?Once again your typical response is it wasn't your fault! Also I have included the medical code you said your lawyer said about my wife.730 exam is for CHILD CUSTODY interesting.Missouri,Missouri,Missouri I have tried hard not to post a review on the owner of Vail Ranch Golden Retrievers. This owner put my personal check on Yelp. My checking account and router number was exposed on yelp for over ten hours! I have had two fraud attempts on my checking account this am.I have had to cancel my account I have had for 15 years.I had to spend hours updating all the multiple accounts that I have auto payment.I went to our local sheriff to file a complaint today against the owner..I spent $15.5k for two Goldens and 12 weeks of training from this owner. Of course both boys were pick of the litter and we were charged an additional $500 for each pup ha ha .During so called training( we had so many different trainers our boys were never trained period), she claims it was due to not bringing in consistently however there is a text exchange where she was closed down for 5-6 week period, due to COVID/ restructuring compan/ firing employee/ water shut off, etc. I asked for a report card and agenda of what the boys were going to be doing for the week after we dropped them off. The owner kicked us out and stated she would not reimburse us for the remaining 6 weeks of training I presented the case to Amex(I used Amex because I was skeptical of the owner after a couple of meetings)I received a partial refund.I just found out one of our boys was born in Missouri. Both the father and mom were in Missouri .We were NEVER told anything about Missouri period! This owner buys the dogs in MO sells them in So Cal.On the web site it states years and years of breeding and National Champions Etc.On Golden Retriever Forum she states she has only been in business for a couple years. Read what other legit breeders of Goldens posted on Golden Retriever Forum Concerning this Vail Ranch Goldens. The owner has crossed the professional line. She has a clause in her multiple contracts that you cannot leave a negative revue for 1 year. This is against the law (CA law AB 2365)We will be addressing this fact this week. We have been threatened, mocking my wife who has MS. Also stating that her and her friends were laughing at my wife having MS. We get threatening emails about taking us to court. We looked up how many law suits she has in play. Check it out. This makes me sick to my stomach because we thought the owner and where we picked up our Goldens was heaven on earth with all the Golden pups running around.Instead it is hell on earth. One more thing tell your attorney I am going to be in touch to see if he laughed at my wife's sickness as you said in a msg to my wife.

Highly recommend Vail Ranch Goldens! Brenda showed us probably 12 of her puppies. We were so impressed at how well they were taken care of. We didn't hear any barking during our 3+ hour visit either! We picked one of her amazing dogs to join our family. He's the best dog we've ever had. Thank you Brenda and your team! We can't wait to find our next family member from you ;)

Our experience with Vail Ranch Goldens was absolutely amazing!! We bought our beautiful golden Bentley from Brenda and she was so accommodating and welcoming to our family from the beginning. We look forward to going back to get our second golden from Vail Ranch! Our Bentley has the sweetest disposition and is such a well behaved boy and no health issues whatsoever. We know that the training offered by Vail Ranch played such a big part in getting such a wonderful dog. We are so thankful!

    Our beauties!

I was nervous and didn't know what to do, so I reached out to Epic Dog Academy. They scheduled a same-day consultation, which immediately made me feel supported. Sookie started the Honor Roll Program the following week. Throughout her training, her trainer Erin kept me consistently updated on Sookie's progress. Toward the end of the two weeks, Erin recommended keeping Sookie a little longer because she needed some extra help -- and I truly appreciated that honesty and care. If Epic Dog Academy didn't genuinely care, they could have easily sent her home, especially with the holidays coming up, but instead they did what was best for Sookie. I picked Sookie up about a week ago and, to be honest, I was nervous about bringing her home. Erin scheduled our in-home training session just three days after pickup, and even checked in with us after Sookie's first day home to see how we were doing. While Sookie had a solid grasp of her commands, we struggled with crate training at first. During our in-home session, Erin helped us work through those issues, and since then, crating has been easy and stress-free. Epic Dog Academy -- and especially Erin -- did an amazing job with Sookie. They've given her confidence, and she no longer panics when I leave. The attentiveness, support, and care they've shown toward both Sookie and me has meant so much. We truly couldn't have done this without them. I'm so grateful for Epic Dog Academy and look forward to continuing our journey with them. I know Sookie will only continue to improve and live her best life.

Don't Believe the False Facebook Posts - Epic Dog Academy Is the Real Deal…read more I need to share my experience because there's a lot of misinformation going around about Epic Dog Academy. If you've seen those Facebook posts linking them to animal abuse - please, don't believe them. I fell for those rumors myself at first, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. I had signed my dog, Obi-Wan, up for the two-week training program and was so excited. But right after I told a friend, she sent me a Facebook group filled with terrible claims about EDA. I panicked and immediately called to cancel. Vincent, the owner, was incredibly understanding and patient. He explained that all those claims were false and even showed me proof - including records exposing the people behind the posts as having serious legal and credibility issues, but even though I already paid and signed all the paperwork - he still immediately refunded me my payment to give me time to do additional research. This is something he could have pushed back on but didn't, which really showed me what a kind and understanding business this was. Even so, I made sure to do my own research before forming any opinions. What I found was truly alarming: the main individual behind that Facebook group has a documented history of serious issues, including animal cruelty charges (all public record). His daughter once briefly worked with Vince - the owner of Epic Dog Academy - many years ago at a completely separate business. Shortly after, Vince left to establish Epic Dog Academy with his wife, Olivia. To be clear, the two individuals who now run that Facebook group have no real connection to Epic Dog Academy. The false claims they're spreading about the owner are completely unfounded and unsupported by any evidence, plus most of the negative comments appear to come from people associated with them. Once I realized the truth, I re-enrolled Obi-Wan - this time in their day training program. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. It gave me total peace of mind to see him daily, and I can confidently say that not only is he perfectly fine - he's thriving. The results have been beyond my expectations. Obi-Wan listens better than ever, he's happier, and he actually gets excited to go every morning. Erin, his trainer, is absolutely phenomenal. She's patient, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated every day with photos and progress reports through their app. Christy at the front desk is another gem - her warmth and understanding make every drop-off and pick-up a breeze. Every single person I've interacted with at Epic Dog Academy truly loves what they do, and it shows. They treat every dog like their own. I can say with complete confidence that my dog is safe, happy, and receiving the best possible training here. Please do yourself a favor - don't let false online rumors stop you from giving EDA a chance. Check things out for yourself. I'm so glad I did, because Epic Dog Academy has completely transformed my dog's behavior and confidence. It's been worth every single penny (and I signed up for the Honor program!) I have given EDA permission to share my number with anyone who is hesitant to sign up. I'd be happy to share my experience with you if needed. -- Pictures of Obi-Wan were sent to me through the EDA app during his day training!

He was very generous with his time and showed me how my lack of leadership was contributing to my dog's reactive behavior. He taught me that having my dog walking by my side vs in front of me or pulling on the leash, is where strengthening our bond begins. I no longer use a retractable leash. I only apply tension to the leash when I want to bring her back to my side. We avoid situations that might trigger her to become reactive. I have treats ready for her to distract her, offset any element of surprise for example getting on and off the elevator. While praising her, I have changed my cadence and intonation to be consistent with I am in control and I got this! This includes people passing by on skateboards, cyclists, children running about and having fun in the park.
