We had our meet & greet meeting, and I could instantly tell that Casey had an amazing heart & had decades years of working with animals to back her up. Casey texted us throughout all the drop-ins (we were gone for a weekend) sent photos of our happy pups, and gave us a very detailed recap of their progress and state of the dogs after each visit. I was leaving out of the country for a couple weeks and was very anxious because I had never left my pets with anyone besides family members, I've never left them at a pet hotel/ sitter/ or someone's house, and I had other animals including chickens that need to be tended to. When I reached out to her for information she responded within a couple hours and we set up dates and times for a meet and greet. Cyndi and members of her team came out twice to do a meet and greet with my dogs and went over their daily routine as well as my other pets including our bearded dragon and chickens. While I was gone she communicated frequently throughout giving me updates and sending me pictures. I set up services with her to come twice a day to care for them and each time she checked in and out I was notified via Petcheck dashboard and felt completely at ease knowing I didn't have to worry about them. My bearded dragon was having issues prior to my vacation but she took the time to replace any heat lamp/ light bulbs that needed replacing and gave her a good bath. She made sure my chickens had enough food & water and collected all our eggs. I would 1000% recommend Cyndi if you have any pet sitting needs. It was a huge blessing, considering we wouldn't be able to drive down for one before our wedding. In general, we were reluctant to leave our two pups, Milo and Enzo, at a boarding facility for the first time because we have never left them in another person's care who wasn't a relative. But we are so glad we did and that we had a wonderful experience! Naomi took great care of them for 4 days. She was very responsive, professional, understanding, and most importantly, kind. She gave them all the attention, love and care they seek and need. We were impressed with her clean facility and were relieved that she was able to separate the two dogs during meal time as requested. I was so nervous about the process and leaving him because it was my first time, but Rhiannon was so kind and helpful along the way. We were not able to meet Rhiannon until our drop off day because of her Covid policies, which is totally understandable because everyone is trying to be safe during these uncertain times. When we arrived Rhiannon greeted us with a warm smile, and that totally eased my nerves. We had a nice chat, and I was able to get to know her better. During our chat I could tell that she had a beautiful soul and she genuinely loved her job and it was a plus that my dog seem to really like her.
