Dallas is a hoot! Very friendly lady she couldn't help me with my Dyson vacuum cleaner because they are no longer a Warranty repair provider because it was too much of a hassle to deal with Dyson. I did enjoy our conversation and I did buy a grout stain remover that she swears by. I tried it and yeah, it really does work well. Dallas is very straightforward and just tells you like it is on whether or not she has something that can help you . Highly recommended ! read more

Excellent Service and Expertise! I had an outstanding experience with Vacuum Express! My vacuum cleaner had stopped working, and I wasn't sure if it was worth repairing. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what might be wrong with it and how they could fix it. They were very honest about the costs and provided a quick turnaround. The service and diagnostic of the vacuum was performed while I waited (after I was asked it I had time to wait), and when she finished, it was running like new! I really appreciated their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. They even gave me some useful tips on maintaining my vacuum in the future to avoid issues down the road. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing vacuum repairs or maintenance. Five stars all the way! I will be purchasing a new vacuum from them when the time comes, but it may be many many years as the owner said my vacuum doesn't need replacing anytime soon. I love my Kirby vacuum. When the transmission went out (after 15 years of use), I thought it was time for a new vacuum. I took it to Vacuum Express and it was fixed at a very reasonable price. Two years later, the vacuum started to squeal. I took it back to Vacuum Express and they found it was just a bunch of Samoyed fur clogging my motor. it was cleaned up and working perfectly in a day...again for an extremely (ok, better than extremely) reasonable price. AMAZING! Simply AMAZING service! My evil vacuum cleaner who has allergies to me decided to try and end its existence by eating up its own power cord. This vacuum cleaner has been in our family for a couple decades and is touted as being not only a cherished heirloom but apparently a rare vacuum that was made in Germany and sold under the Kenmore name. I called pretty late in the afternoon yesterday and spoke to a very nice gentleman who enlightened me about my vacuum and reassured me that I was not the only one who experienced a cord eating vacuum cleaner. I had lost all hope at getting this thing repaired but sure enough, I had my son drive it over there close to 5 pm (mind you, they close at 6 pm) and he was able to not only fix the cord but provide a new handle as well! So thanks to vacuum express for saving our marriage as this vacuum is beloved by my husband. Thank you so very much for fixing the cord, providing a new handle and simply just providing such exceptional service! The price for the part, the labor was within reason so who could ask for more?! What a great experience! I brought my Shark vacuum in today hoping they could help me as I tried to fix myself first. They aren't able to repair sharks due to they don't get the parts for them but Taylor was able to unclog It for me which was the problem. He had it done in less than 30 minutes while I was there he showed me an amazing tool called a Fur get it (which if you have animals you must buy) and what a god send! Stopped in about a year ago to get my vacuum looked at. Was dreading how much it was going to cost. Turned out the owner fixed it and only charged me $10. I told him I'd be back when I was ready to buy a vacuum. Fast forward a year later and I went in to purchase an American vacuum. I have had it with the standard junk that is sold. First off, I have been going to Bill at Vac Express for 2 years now. He has made repairs on my Dyson DC14 (never going to buy Dyson again!) As a matter of habit, I always price shop around to see how Bill's prices compare. I called two other repair shops and got quotes of $190 and $130. Bill's price came in at $100. All for exactly the same repair. Not only are his prices great, but he is genuinely a great guy, honest and will never try to upsell you. He also sells vacuums so he could just as easily made the repair costs so high to try and sell you a new vacuum, however, again he's an honest guy. (I think the other shops tried to do exactly that.) Turn around time for my repair, 1 hour. Awesome. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Each time I've gone to Bill, it's been the same excellent level of service. read more

Highly reccomend this place. I needed a belt so went down there just before closing time. They had my part and when I went to pay I relaized I left my wallet home. The owner handed me the belt and said "just come back to pay when you can". WOW thats some customer service. I didn't expect that and really appreciated that as he was closing in a few minutes and I lived 15 minutes away and couldn't make it back in time. I was delighted to find this small family run business whose focus is on customer service.BTW, their prices on Miele bags are better than on the Internet and they have a great selection of vacuums. I recently took I a vacuum that had been broken by a family member. It was still under warranty and they replaced the part quickly with no labor charge. I had an incredible experience with this store. I came in a few weeks ago to take a look at Sebo vacuums, and Billy (owner's son) demoed the ones they had for me. I came back last week to buy one, and the owner's wife helped me out and got me a great deal on a brand new Sebo cannister. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock and ordered one for me. I popped by today to see if they had received the vacuum, and Bill (owner) said it had just came in. He went over some of the key features before I left.
