The replacement part did not work. Fine. I asked him why and he said it may be another issue. I asked him why he did not order multiple parts at the same time. He proceeded to tell me it was because of money that he did not want to buy multiple parts. And to call the manufacturer. I asked him to please order another part while I work through this with Thermador and he apparently did not. He refused calls from Pacific Sales and myself for over a week with no known reason. Now just eight months later it seems like I've discovered the truth that his work quality was not good. He told me that the dryer repair kit came with four new rollers as well as a new belt. You can see from the pictures that only one of four rollers was replaced. Found out because the dryer started making strange sounds again and this time I disassembled it to see what was going on. I've attempted to contact him twice (once via the website and once via phone) and have not gotten any response back.
