What really impressed me was his honesty, I had already agreed to the price for replacing the full set, so he easily could have just done the work without saying anything. Instead, he told me only one was bad and gave me the option to replace just that one and save money. I ultimately chose to replace them all since the dryer is older and everything was already apart. My dryer is running quietly again, and I would absolutely call Don's Appliances again.

Received a window for the next day between 9-12. Tech arrived at 12:15. He diagnosed the problems and told me he would have to get back to me with an estimate as he needed to find the exact cost of the parts and that I would have the estimate by 5:00pm that day. No estimate came. Called the office at 9:00 and was told they would have the tech contact me right away. When noon rolled around and no response I called the office again. This time no one answered so I left a message. They obviously received it as shortly thereafter I got a text with some excuses but telling me it was being prepared and he would send it ASAP. Again, received nothing. I effectively wasted an entire day waiting for an estimate that never came. Now I have to start all over again with a different company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Totally useless.
