Much like other MAT customers' recent posts, unfortunately I too have to update my review with only 1 star. When Marcus came out he was awesome (as my previous review suggest). Now just eight months later it seems like I've discovered the truth that his work quality was not good. He told me that the dryer repair kit came with four new rollers as well as a new belt. You can see from the pictures that only one of four rollers was replaced. Found out because the dryer started making strange sounds again and this time I disassembled it to see what was going on. I've attempted to contact him twice (once via the website and once via phone) and have not gotten any response back. read more

Had an issue with my Samsung dryer and filled out the quick screening online with MAT and even though I'm very skeptical of all appliance repair people, I had no issue with communication or pricing for the job done. I was well pleased with the work and open sharing of the problem and solution as well as the speed of the repair. I know who to call should I ever need to refer or had any future problems. read more

I really hate to make this update but I have no other recourse. Marcus was great on the first visit to repair our dishwasher, came out, identified the problem, ordered a new heating element and installed it a few days later. He was knowledgeable and seemed very professional. I notified him that after the first use of the dishwasher that it was again not working, not drying and no heat. He responded that he would order a replacement part and take care of it. Since then, I have reached out to him 4 times (via Yelp and calling directly) with absolutely no response. It has been over a month. I am a very patient and accommodating person, all you have to do is let me know of what is going on. Now I am out $250 and have the same problem I originally called for, very frustrating. No, I would not recommend this service. read more

Great service and arrived on time. Kept workspace clean and tools organized along with throwaway parts. I hired Marcus to covert my brand new dryer from Gas to LP. Horrible customer service and service. They fixed my dishwasher and it worked for a little bit but then it stopped working again. I contacted the company and they came out and said that a couple parts needed to be replaced and that they would let me know when they got them. I ended up having to reach out multiple times since they don't communicate. The first time they said that they would get back to me and they never did. I've still been waiting and I've reached out multiple times more and no response. I ended up just buying a new dishwasher and I'm clearly very unhappy with their services. read more

I called MAT Appliance Repair because my washer wasn't working right, left a message and Marcus was quick to give me a call back and text. I was able to make an appointment with him with no problem. He called me to inform me he was on his way and 30min out the day of the appointment. He showed in promptly and was ready to go, had his tools, he was COVID conscientious, had shoe coverings. He was very knowledgeable about our washer as well as other appliances. Once he recognized the sound the washer made he knew exactly what the problem was. Had my Samsung washer repaired by this company and I must say I was very impressed by the communication cadence. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and the timeframe was manageable (The earlier the better anytime a washer is down lol).
