They said they service our brand/model and said the visit would cost $149, to be applied to any repair. When the technician diagnosed the unit, he agreed it was the compressor. He gave us an estimate and collected his $149. We thought Appliance King was going to do the repair. But less than 5 minutes after they left, they called and said they do not service our brand/model. So, basically, they stole $149 and our time in bad faith.

We then replaced the dryer with Speed Queen when it went. More than happy. Although some reviewers have complained about prices I feel that they are more than fair.
