Guy came a couple of days and said that the part was correct, and he could not do the job either. I get a message the next day that they can now fix and get another part and it would be $250. I then get a bill for the house call, from the guy who was there maybe 5 minutes and could not do more than I could. I have been threatened to have my home leaned on for the service call. They decided to not only contact 5 more times, but to threaten my home. NEVER use them. Not trust worthy.

He checked over my washer and said it was broken and with the costs of repair being over $1,000, it would be best to purchase a new washer one, to which I agreed. I requested his assistance in making the purchase. He agreed and said he'd stop by Home depot to see what they had in stock and phone me. In the meantime, my cleaning lady stopped by and was going to do my laundry, but I told her the washer was broken. She replied "nonsense." The she went over to the washer and started it right off. Laughingly she said yo pull the on/off button, you don't push it. So, my washer was in fact fine. It wasn't broken, and I didn't need a new one like Nazar said. And he never did phone me back like he said he would. However, he was polite and only charged me $35.00 for his house call.
