I called and made an appt for a pedicure. I told Vivian I wanted a V royal pedicure which was to include an extra long foot massage and a glass of wine with my service for 70.00. I was treating myself. It was freezing in the salon, everything was so so rushed, and I was never even offered a glass of wine. I paid an extra 15 for gel. So my grand total 85.00, then she asked how I was going to tip. If there is one thing I don't skimp on it's tipping but the audacity to even ask me how I'm going to tip is unreal. I paid 95.00 for a 50 min service. Never never will I go back. read more

Avoid this place!! Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The fact that it's new, and everything looks clean is what made me pick this place. Oh! plus they were open fairly early for a Sunday. I came in on a Sunday (May 26 to be specific, as requested by the owner Tracy) about 10 minutes after opening and I had to wait. There were 3 ladies already in pedi chairs, so they asked me to wait. Said it wouldn't be long, so I took a seat in their waiting area. I realized I forgot something in my car and went back for it. As soon as I got up and started walking towards the door, the other ladies working were like "Wait! She'll be here soon, don't leave!" hahah OMG! Relax ladies, I'm coming back! Sheesh. It gave me the impression that they're desperate for business and that was off-putting. I came back and waited a little bit longer, I waited close to 20min and finally the worker came in and apologized for the wait. I asked for a pedicure. I would've opted for a mani too but because I waited so long I didn't have time for that, plus their prices are high. The lady working on me was nice but too chatty. I don't really like talking, I just want to relax. But she wasn't just chatty-chatty, she was upselling me chatty. And her upselling was almost like an insult .. "You want eyebrow wax?" Uhhhh are you saying my brows aren't clean? Or her other question of "Do you want a facial? We do that here." Greeat now you're saying my skin sucks? No thanks, just do my pedi please. The pedicure came out fine until I was ready to leave. Unfortunately during my visit, no one, not one single technician aided me in putting my slippers on, so I had to do it myself. I ended up messing up the nail polish on one of my toes. I was already annoyed with the wait, the upselling and now my nail polish is messed up. I didn't even want to stay a minute longer in this place so I opted not to even get it fixed. I got up to pay and I was then asked "cash or credit?" I paid in credit but the technician told me to bring cash next time so it would be cheaper as she proceeded to hand me a stamp card, that I'll never use because I do not plan on ever returning here. A pedicure here is $28. That's a bit pricey in my opinion, considering there are a ton of other nail salons in the area for a cheaper price. Don't bother coming to this place. Take your money somewhere else, especially to a place where the owner appreciates her clients and their feedback and doesn't attack them for honestly sharing it. read more

Absolutely terrible. My sister went in to get her eyebrows done and the lady decided to wax her upper lip too, WITHOUT asking. (My sister's upper lip is so sensitive, so she never gets it waxed.) My sister's face immediately started to blister and turn red. The lady tried charging my sister an extra $10 for a service she didn't ask for. She kept arguing and saying my sister said yes to the lip wax. Come to find out, she tries to do extra lip waxes on other people. Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I was planing to have a relaxing afternoon getting my nails done and it was total opposite. It looked like the person who did my nails already had an appointment scheduled but her client was running late so she took me instead. Her client arrived 5 minutes after she started on my nails. She told her client she would be done in 10 min, her client left to the store next door and came back super fast. Meanwhile she was rushing on my nails. Then she made me move to another chair so someone who was already with a different client would finish my nails. I was out of there in 20 min. The whole experience felt rushed and I truly did not enjoy getting my nails done here. Won't be coming here again. read more

I normally do not have my nails done but had a special occasion coming up so decided to go. I arrived early and the lady in front, I believe she is the owner, gave me a dirty look and asked if I needed help. I told her I had an appointment and was early. She immediate changed her demeanor. The manicurist was running behind schedule so I waited 15 minutes which was not a problem. However, I felt the manicurist rushed the job. Normally the manicurist massages your legs and feet; she spent less than 30 seconds doing so. I will not return. read more

Nice and clean place. I got a manicure done today with regular polish and one nail design. I'm only rating 4 stars because paint is starting to chip already. The owner Vivian did my nail design. Think she's only one who does all the fancy nail work. My manicurist was Amy. She was nice and quick. Overall great experience! The lady doing my pedi was way too rough while also knowing I had ingrown - which is super painful when getting them cut. She always does a good job on my nails with no complaints. Tracy makes it a point to get to know her clients and always has a smile on her face. Which is why i have been going to her exclusively for almost 6 years. Since a family member recommended her and now everyone in my family goes to her. I've been here 4x First 2 I got dip gel, had a great experience (not first time getting dip gel) nails looked great and lasted at least 3weeks if not longer, the owners sister did them (can't recall her name). The last time I went a different girl, she did a great job and they lasted as they should. This last time I went to someone new, the owners sister did my good friends dip gel this time. I didn't think it would be a prob since the 3x prior I had no issues. My friends nails turned out great! My nails didn't, my clear polish was peeling off by that night and I contacted the owner via yelp messenger about it the next day-I don't live close so it's an inconvenience to go back. She really didn't have a resolve outside of coming back or giving me $7 off the next time I come in! 3/4 days later my nails have cracks in them which really I noticed day 2/3 but advised her of today- now I spent a lot of $, and tipped good. The one thing I don't like doing is wasting my money- I've had peeling nails since day one and now their cracking after 4 days when they usually last 3+ weeks! I asked for my nails to be completely redone free of charge. She said a discount can be given but not free since I've had them 1 week(which isn't true). And a discount like what?! $7 when I paid $50+.Needless to say I advised I've had shitty nails since day one, but since they want to be cheap and not see the fact that these nails weren't good period I will not spend another dime there and decided to share my experience so y'all know what your getting into when you go there. Had they come correct and resolved the issue by redoing my nails, although inconvenient- I would not be so upset. Hope this helps. read more
