I took a suit in, and I forgot to take the handkerchief out. I know you're supposed to, so I take responsibility for that. A business that collects clothes to take them to the cleaners, I would think that they would be able to see my square and take it and hold it until I come back for they told me that they had sent it onto the cleaners and they had thousands of pieces of clothes and could not find the handkerchief. I went in to drop off some tshirts to be hemmed. A young man had told me it would be 4.95 per shirt if I pre-paid. Once I brought them in the manager, Margie told me he misspoke and it would be 15 dollars each. She said I will give you a discount because of the confusion. The lady that worked the front desk today was so NASTY to me. I felt she didn't like black people. She was so rude. I paid for my clothes and was told they would be ready this morning. When I questioned her about it she said "Well they are t ready and won't be until after 5". I said 5pm she then said well we aren't open at 5am so what do you think. This will be only the second times I've ever given a poor review about a business. Congrats to this place for being that level of terrible. This place admitted to giving my husbands dress pants to another customer. We have called multiple times over the past couple of months in an attempt to come up with a resolution however the manager or owner has made no attempt to call us back. Today when I called , the young girl that works there said that the manager "just left" but left a note offering a $25 store credit. She admitted they tried to call the person they gave the pants to but have been unable to reach them. Ummmm...why would we want continue to use your services when your business is unreliable and not willing to rectify a situation when they have admittedly made a mistake? Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. There are several other options locally and it's just not worth the headache. The staff took no responsibility for anything. When the redo of alterations was delayed, the girl replied, "I guess they are just taking their time". After my third trip to pick up the slacks, I was informed they would just call me when they were back. No call for days. I finally called today, and they were ready. When I mentioned that we didn't receive a call, the girl told me they obviously got busy and forgot. The "redo" still was not properly pressed, and the waistband looks terrible. Not only do they make excuses for poor quality, no one accepts blame. No apologies. I suppose it was just my fault for expecting a decent job or for taking my business there at all. This cleaners provides the worst all around service I ever had. Previously I brought in my polo sweaters and t shirts and I specifically asked for my shirts and sweaters to be folded over a hanger to prevent the shoulder parts from being stretched out and permanently damaged. When I returned for pick up. They first said someone already picked my clothing up. Once they find it. My shirts were wrinkled badly and all of my clothing were on hangers and all shoulders were stretched badly. At the time there was a young lady working who called someone about my concerns and all they said was I didn't have to pay and the were sorry smh. My polo sweaters cost 150 each and polo t shirts are 75.00 each and were destroyed. Recently I said I'd give them another chance and once again the same dam thing happened. However there was a guy there and he said I had to pay before I got my clothing because someone left without paying at their Terrell location. I said ok just please if my clothing is damaged or not properly clean just please fix my clothing. Clothes came and all was damaged. A Mexican lady came and I showed her my cloths. She get mad and told me it's nothing she can do but say sorry smh. She also went on to say that it cost an additional 3.00 each to fold a shirt over a hanger. I said no one ever said that at anytime. I again lost 600.00 dollars in polo shirts. Clothing wrinkled and shoulder's permanently stretched and damaged and people are very very disrespectful. This will become legal. If I could give them no stars I would. This is the second time I have brought my pleated skirts to them to iron and put the pleats in. Both times they came back ironed straight with no pleats. I even specifically said that they needed to be ironed in when I dropped them off. The manager was there and said, do you need me to send it back? NO I NEEDED THEM THIS WEEKEND! I don't have time to send them back and get them back in time. I guess I will not be wearing them since they don't hang right without the pleats and I don't have time to do it myself, which is why I took them there in the first place. She also said if you bring it back, I'll do it for free. Well that is nice. That requires going back to you so that you can do it wrong again. I had already paid and was in a hurry so no refund. This makes me madder, the more I think about it. I called back and talked to the employee. She said the manager wasn't there and there was nothing she could do, that they just write it on the ticket and it's not their fault if they don't do it when they send it out. Said ok when will the manager be there, I'll call back then. They just come in whenever and don't have set hours. I can have them call you, which I know will never happen. Again, needed them for auditions this weekend and now I can't wear them so I guess I will have to go shopping tomorrow. Do not take your clothes to this cleaners. My husband dropped off our clothes weeks before our vacation. Went the day before our vacation and clothes weren't ready. A young employee at the counter gave a bunch of lies and then finally admitted that she didn't put a ticket with the clothes, so the clothes sat there for weeks and never cleaned. The girl told my husband that she would give him the clothes for free since it was her error. He picked up the clothes today and then we get a phone call from some rude lady who would not provide her name. Told me the employee didn't have the authority to tell us the clothes would be free and that we still had to pay. So I said well the employee did and you need to talk to the employee, as if the error of our clothes never being cleaned wasn't an issue. She said we were banned from doing future business with their store since we wouldn't pay because the girl didn't have the authority to give us clothes for free and when I asked for her name she told me don't worry about it since you can't come back anyway and hung up the phone. read more

I very seldom write reviews and I don't think I've ever written a bad one. In this case I would be remiss to not warn the public of this horrible, poorly run business. I dropped several clothing items off a couple months ago. When I picked the clothes up I didn't immediately notice the problem. When I picked out a pair of pants to wear one morning I noticed the the top seam was ripped all the way around the waist and they were shrunk. I took the pants back and showed them and they said they would repair them. When I went back to pick them up it literally looked like my 2 year old used her toy sewing kit to stitch them up. The seamstress happened to be in there and said she did the best she could to repair them. I left the pants and asked to have the manger call me. He never called. When I would call the manager was never there. I went back again to see if I could catch him in the store and of course, no luck. Again, I was told the manger would call. Fast forward to today. I go in to get an update. There were 2 people in line ahead of me. One whose shirt had been misplaced after previous problems with the cleaning. The other was there to pick up some pants that had been lost since April and mysteriously found. I again asked to speak with the manager and was told he is out of town at a funeral and would be back sometime next week. I explained that I had already been in 4 times and needed resolution. The young lady very rudely said "I don't know what to tell you. He isn't here and I can't make him be here." Mind you I foolishly brought in more clothes and just yesterday spent $150 when I picked up. I said "How would you feel if you were in my shoes?" She looked at me and hunched her shoulders. I didn't so much as receive an apology for my inconvenience. On top of all this I have a sweater that is missing from the pick up yesterday. The girl all but said I was lying. Fortunately I know the Lord and she didn't get my wrath that I could've easily unleashed. I have never been treated so poorly in a business in my life. If I could give zero stars I would.
