On one occasion they gave me someone else's shirt. They made me aware and I tracked it down in my closet and brought it back to their store. On a second occasion they had one of my dress shirts tagged with another person's name. I was told that this frequently happens. I patiently waited for a week or two for them to figure it out after I had pointed out that the shirt hanging on the rack was in fact mine. They eventually returned my shirt. The last incident was two months ago and subsequently the last time I used their services. When I picked up my clothes for the week the young lady working at the counter politely informed me that we were missing a pair of pants. I confirmed which pair of pants were missing and I was reassured that they would do a hard target search. I was also reassured that if they did not find my pants that I would be reimbursed. To make a long story short after two months I've been told repeatedly that I would receive a phone call from someone about the situation but the call never came. I went in this morning for the last ditch effort to be reimbursed for my pants. I spoke with Ana this morning and after a brief conversation I was told that I would not be reimbursed for my clothes and that I was wasting her time. I told her I would not be wasting anymore of my time or money at this business. Everyone that I have interacted with has been very pleasant and courteous but this morning I was very politely told metaphorically by Ana to kiss her ass. Hey I just wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience and the rest is up to you, the public. Just know if they lose something of yours, Ana should be your point of contact.
