I also want to add that I have sent them my king size comforter and the pricing is very reasonable which is hard to find for such a large item plus they even put it nicely folded in a travel bag you can keep to reuse yourself! I know if you live downtown they offer pick up and drop off at certain locations such as the Mosaic Apartments. Lastly, any time I have had a question or payment change the customer service has been great. I only have good things to say about this business.

I've been coming here for a while, but this will likely be my last visit…read more At checkout, their new payment system now prompts customers to leave a tip--for dry cleaning. Not for exceptional service, not for anything above and beyond--just for the standard service you're already paying for. It creates an awkward, pressured moment where you're expected to tip for something that has never traditionally involved tipping. That's not customer service--that's shifting the responsibility of paying employees onto customers. If prices need to go up, then raise prices. Be transparent about it. But adding a tip screen to a basic service transaction feels misleading and leaves a bad taste. There are plenty of other cleaners that don't put customers in this position, and I'll be taking my business to one of them. I'd strongly encourage the owner to rethink this approach if they value long-term customer relationships.

I wish I could give this business 10 stars for the exceptional way I was treated as a customer!…read more Ms. Thui, the owner of A2Z and Lakeside cleaners made a huge impression on me. I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. When I showed up, Ms. Thui wasn't there, but when her employee presented me with the new item, it was clear that it was exactly the same color as the original one-- there had been no discoloration or fading whatsoever and she had still bought me a new one to make me a happy customer. I wouldn't take the new one because I was totally wrong but they still treated me with kindness and respect. I want everyone to know that not only do they do a great job at these two cleaners, they have top notch customer service and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend both of Ms. Thui's locations for your dry cleaning and laundry needs.

Case in point: I had some troubled dress shirts I took them about a month ago as I have a tendency of ripping the elbow so Karen took what appeared to be a lost cause on some of my favorite and most expensive garments and turned them into short sleeve shirts for only $12.00 each. I was giddy! They also just installed a new high tech system that will track every garment you give them so as to know how many times it's been cleaned given they have a limited life expectancy of so many launderings. It's the little things that make a difference and my friend Borat put it best when describing the service at Conly "Very Nice! High Five!"

Very Disappointing First Experience…read more This was my first experience with LOTTS Cleaners in Terrell, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The posted hours indicate that the business closes at 6:00 p.m. I arrived in the parking lot at approximately 5:54 p.m. to pick up my clothes, only to find the doors already locked and employees preparing to leave. One of the employees rolled down the window and asked if she could help me. I explained that I had just driven from Dallas and needed to pick up my clothes. I was told, "Sorry. When it gets hot like this, we leave early, and you'll have to come back another time." I understand that working in extreme heat can be difficult, and I appreciate that employees have to deal with challenging conditions. However, if a business posts hours of operation until 6:00 p.m., customers should reasonably expect the business to remain open until that time--or the hours should be adjusted and clearly communicated. As a first-time customer, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of consideration for the time, fuel, and effort involved in making the trip to pick up my clothing. I also feel that management should be made aware that the posted hours are not being followed. I hope the manager will address this with the staff and ensure that customers are not turned away before the advertised closing time. Unfortunately, this experience does not give me confidence in returning as a customer. Very poor customer service.
