When I first moved to Forney in 2013 until 2024 I used these dry cleaners. I know prices go up but the service has went down. I use to get heavy starch jeans with a cease. they would be done right almost standing up on their own. now I ask for heavy extra starch and they feel like they used can starch. I don't mind paying for the extra starch but only if it is worth it. I don't know if it is under new management but they need to change back to who they were. read more

The worst experience on two different occasions! The front desk lady is rude and smells like weed. My clothes were poorly cleaned and smelled like weed. I witnessed the morning front desk lady cuss a customer out over a cleaning concern. I could not believe how she talked to people! The lady would not give me her name but she is there early mornings. ******* WORST- CLEANERS-EVER******* After using MUSTANG CLEANERS IN FORNEY for OVER 2 yrs, they did a VERY POOR JOB on my last bundle of dry cleaning. Respectfully, I asked them to redo my cleaning and to offset the inconvenience and they agreed. 2nd time was the charm and they credited my full dry cleaning bill however they "BLACKLISTED" me and said that they would no longer service my needs. Worst experience ever and the help is atrociously bad when it comes to real customer service. Had bunches of splats of starch on my shirts. The help at the counter just kept intentionally ignoring me doing mindless work instead of actually tending to my concern and doing what she is paid to help with. Wouldn't come near my shirts to look at the problem which was a whopping 4 feet away, so lazy. Didn't seem to care at all, just kept playing the I can't hear you game. And of course no guaruntees on if they could get them redone in time. The help had so much attitude that there's no way to trust that I would even get my shirts back. I just cut my losses and left. Don't expect this cleaners to do the right thing if your garment gets ruined. I took my husbands shirt in to be cleaned and it came back with a small stain on the tip of one of the collars and on a sleeve. I took it back in andf pointed out the small stains. The attendant acknowledged the stains and took it to have it cleaned again. When the shirt came back there were additional stains all over it. They refused to acknowledge that the shirt was ruined by them and would not reimburse me for the shirt. This is not good customer service and I would not take a chance and take my clothes to this cleaners. read more

I've been going to Mustang Cleaners for a good year now. The past 3 times, my husband jeans have been wet. The problem with that, is that the moisture stays trapped in the jeans and after a while they start smelling. I brought it up to their attention and the redid the jeans. It happened again. They offered to redo them. The point is, if this wasn't happening before, why is it happening now? Fix the problem! Do it right the 1st time. Instead of having me take more trips only because someone is not doing their job. Other than that, the girls that work there are very friendly and nice. read more
