My family and I went to have breakfast and it was very good. We had pancakes, french toast and eggs over easy with toast. Service was fast and friendly and we would come again. read more

We tried to give this place a shot due to yelp reviews. This review is based solely on service. We were not greeted with the friendly service that other reviewers got. We came in at about 9:30 in the morning. There was one other family dining inside and one guy drinking coffee outside. Needless to say, not at all busy. As we entered, the lady who works there looked extremely stressed out. Not a smile, barely looked up from the counter side of the restaurant to acknowledge us, and mumbled for us to sit anywhere. We found a table that was not wiped down. No big deal. She laid down the menus on the dirty table. Again, not even a hello, smile, nothing as she came to our table. We asked if she can wipe down the table and she said ok, but looked sour. Just the unfriendly vibe the lady was giving out was not good. We felt like we were bothering her. At that point, we got up and left. We never got to taste the food. Honestly, we didn't want to start out our day here. Very unwelcoming and stressed out person serving us. Not my cup of tea! There are many other places that provide friendlier customer service. Just a tip for the restaurant, you are in the service industry, do not look so miserable that your customers can feel it as they walk in. For their sake, I hope they were just having an 'off' day. read more

Came here for Saturday brunch. Great friendly and fast service. I got the eggs benedict and boyfriend got French toast. Everything was delicious!! This is way better than Bea Bea's, and no insane wait to be seated. read more

THE BREAKFAST HERE IS DELICIOUS!!! The service is awesome and the ambiance is awesome as well. I love this place. Everything about it is awesome. Came here with my family. It's a small cafe but you don't feel cramped in. Please come here if you're looking for something different and better than ihop haha read more

Also not sure how this place has such high ratings. I got the vegan dish, it was basically greasy vegetables with what was supposed to be hash browns but it tasted very processed. Slow service but at least they were nice. Won't return. read more

Pretty good but I only had the cheesesteak. Service is a bit slow but everyone is polite.

Great find on yelp! The food was amazing. I had the build your own omelette. They topped it with avocado. My kid had the chocolate chip pancakes, which she loved. The service was great too! read more

Great neighborhood spot! From breakfast to the salads I enjoy the Cobb salad and any one the omelettes. You can never go wrong. Love this place hands down. read more

I've been a regular costumer at this cafe for a long time and the amazing food and service never ceases to amaze me. This cafe has a very cozy and friendly atmosphere and it's a nice place to go with your family. I have formed a great friendship with the staff and enjoy my experience every time I go there. It's usually pretty busy during the weekends but that's understandable for such a small business. Overall, I'm very happy with my time in this cafe and I will continue being a regular costumer here. read more

Loved their breakfast and panini . Welcoming and nice staff !!! Best cappuccino designers!!!

This place wasn't that good.If I am passing through I may try their lunch. The young lady server with glasses on July 23,12pm needs instructions on what not to do. She actually picked up the straw my grandson dropped on the floor and put it back on our table..are you serious? And why do they offer small kids,a pint glass full of orange juice? It was a disaster waiting to happen. Toast was cold and the fruit wasn't ripe so you couldn't eat it. read more

Came here because of the great Yelp reviews but it did not live up to the expectations. Food was good and service was ok at best but nothing that would deserve the high rating. They give a discount if you do a review which explains it for me. I paid full price and give this review as honest feedback. read more

I love that this Cafe is right around the block from my apartment! I come in every now and again and I am never disappointed. So far, I have tried the yogurt parfait and cheese omelette with spinach and other veggies, but my favorite dish was brunch with Dustin: a crab omelette! One of those dishes that "sounds good, let's share" but was more than impressed when we got it. Definitely fresh crab meat in a beautifully crafted omelette. It was $11.00, yes, pricey for an omelette, but they definitely give you a great portion for your buck! We split the omelette and they brought it out on two separate plates and it looked like a full meal on both plates! Coffee is good, and they constantly come by with free refills! There is indoor and outdoor seating, and it's really nice to sit outside on a beautiful LA morning. Staff is super friendly, establishment is very clean. There is street parking and a parking lot around back which is easily accessible. I will definitely continue going back since it is super close and accessible. I hope to bump into you! read more

Perfect spot to get breakfast before the zoo opened! Extremely friendly staff and delicious food. Get the waffle!!!

Update- 6/4/2017 Went second time but little early. Wait time was 10 mins. It took a bit of time to get the ordered items. I would prefer if they give the items as and when they are ready instead of getting it together everything. Always a great place to eat. ----------- We went today for brunch. First of all finding parking is difficult so i parked on the internal street. We were told 10 min wait so we waited. They don't note down your name. We were waiting outside. After 10 mins they let other group go in first, when i told them that we are before them then server said they were here before us. After some time she gave us a table Inside which was for 2 people, i said we will need a bigger table since we know our son will need more space. Then she told outside tables are empty but since we wanted to sit down inside hence we waited some more time. It's a very small cafe so not much space inside as well to wait. Finally we got table after more than 30 minutes of waiting. We ordered french toast, pan cakes, coffee & veggie sandwich. The french toast was very good and others were good. Overall it's a nice cafe but sometimes you will need to wait longer even if you are craving for food. read more

good spot for sit down breakfast. not the fastest in the world but not meant to be. had a simple eggs and avocado with toast and coffee and it was as it should be. nice quiet place. read more

I have been here many times now & have enjoyed my visits every time. My best friend & I like to go there for breakfast every once in a while. I have taken my parents that come from out of town there a few times (per their request). I am a vegan/vegetarian (I am still transitioning to total vegan) so I have only had a few items off the menu. My favorite is the veggie sausage, tofu sandwich. I had the French toast the last time & it was amazing! Everyone I have been there with has just raved about their food as well. We never have had to wait for a table, but have been there when it gets busy. The service is very quick & friendly. What I assume is the owner has been there every time & he is always very friendly & will ask you how everything is. This is kind of a hidden gem & I am so happy that I have found this place. It has never failed me with my company that comes from out of town or even for my BFF breakfasts dates. read more

Their French toast are the best! I've also tried their waffle with fruit really good breakfast and great service. Need to visit soon!

We highly recommend V Blvd. Cafe. My husband loved the Eggs Benedict. I had the Vegetable Omelet. It was all fresh ingredients and the coffee was very good.We will be back. read more

Came here with my fiancé after dropping his car off at carmax and was very pleasantly surprised. They serve both breakfast and lunch. We got the seasonal fruit and cottage cheese (super fresh), the french toast (short stack no sides) which are coated with Frosted Flakes and are perfectly sweet not too much. We also shared the ranchero burrito with all the meat and it was DEEEELISH. They have a good salsa too. 5 stars for sure. read more

Only downsides were no one ever asks if you need water refills and food takes forever to come out

It was my first time trying this place out today. It was really good!! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The French toast was bombbbbbb!!! I ordered an omlet and the only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like the omlet needed a little more salt for taste. But other than that everything was delicious! read more

If you haven't been here I definitely recommend it. It's a small neighborhood restaurant with high quality food and very friendly faces. The best part is there's almost always zero wait and the meals are never over priced. Biggest bang for you buck for sure. They also make cute animals on your lattes or coffee so get one of those :) read more

The best Café yet! Everything on the menu is just amazing, I always have a difficult time ordering. The atmosphere is just so relaxing and enjoyable, I love how they have patio seating as well. Staff is always on top of everything to make sure you get exactly what you ask for and as I said the food is just delicious and affordable ' try the breakfast burrito! read more

Wanted to try the new guy out, same as the old guy, though. This locations been at least four different food places over the last couple of years. Interesting operation that may have some major hurtles. No on-line menu. No hand-out menu. (only in-store reference - no photocopier apparently). No easy parking - had to park across busy Victory Blvd. Place was empty for lunch. Ordered the tuna sandwitch. Now I know whay you can't get a menu - IT WAS $10.00. Came with bland fries. Sandwitch was good but in no way was worth $10..00. read more

I viewed other yelp comments and decided to try this place since it was very close to the zoo. The food was very good, I had the Ranchero Breakfast burrito and the French toast. Both very tasty! The coffee was also very good. It's not a fancy place and not a huge menu but if you're looking for a good meal, this will do! read more

Great breakfast, very fresh, love the crabmeat omelet, will come back here for breakfast, rare to find good breakfast places in Glendale, but this is one of the best!!! read more

I love this place! Their food is always delicious and so fresh. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. Breakfast is our favorite but their lunch menu is great too. The breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwich and tuna melt are some of our favorites. read more

Best breakfast burrito in LA. Nothing really comes close. If I had to travel far to get one of these I would not hesitate.

I was in the area taking a test for a city job and I yelped best breakfast and this place came up. It's truly filling. Oh my goodness this place serves real bacon that reminded me of home Chicago down even to the crunch. Thanks to the nice gentlemen Eduardo that gave me a special cup of java on the house. God bless you and keep up the good service and great food. read more

Great breakfast! I had the oatmeal with berries, which nourished my body and spirit. I look forward to eating there again with my family.

Best breakfast place hands down! Everything tastes amazing. My personal favorites are Eggs Florentine and the breakfast burrito.

Best breakfast place in Glendale, wouldn't go anywhere else. Every dish I have had has been 5 stars .

Great place for quick service and amazing food! My husband built his own omelette and loved it. I ordered the French toast which was nice and crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside. 4 stars because we wished the menu had some innovative items, but otherwise great place for breakfast or brunch! read more

Everything on the breakfast menu is about $10. This is a nice price point for eggs benedict or a crab omelet, but it's way pricey for a breakfast burrito which has no business being more than $7 at any cafe in So. Cal. The french toast is super sweet. It has a candy, butterscotch crunch on the outside and a gooey, eggy inside. With powdered sugar and syrup, it was ineditablely sweet. The wheat toast on the side had an unpleasant, yeasty smell to it. Like a dirty sock smell that was very off putting. The hash brown side was rather bland and oily. They need a lot of help from the hot sauce. Bacon was good, very smokey. They make strong espresso drinks which was a definite plus. The service was pleasant but particularly attentive. Overall, a salvageable brunch for the price but doubtful that I will return a second time. read more
