We've been coming here for over 20 years, including under the previous management, so it's especially disappointing to see how much the experience has changed. The staff often seems stressed or unhappy, and the service has not been what we remember from years ago. The restaurant used to be extremely busy with long waits, and we've noticed a significant change over the years. In my opinion, the restaurant would benefit from taking another look at the customer service, and overall dining experience for customers.

My aunt looked at his order paper and saw that he had written down only the ramen, not the other three items. We decided to cancel the remaining items, pay for our ramen, and leave. It was a disappointing experience, especially since we were the first customers there. However, the ramen was delicious, the ambiance was nice, and the restaurant was clean. Next time, please confirm the complete order with the customer to make sure everything was written down correctly. I'm leaving three stars because of the delicious ramen and pleasant ambiance.
