Took me through the application line by line and made sure all the t's were crossed and I's were dotted. They even gave me couple extra minutes to get my docs. Good information to know They take 5 walk-ins per day and luckily I was the 5th!!! They have put a poster though mentioning that the League City Post Office at 240 W Galveston St., were taking walk-in applications till 2 pm. The processing charge was standard processing charge nothing special to mention about that. Very much appreciated their help. I won't hesitate a bit to come back here again.

At the time of our appointment, the employee (AA. Male) handling passports was focused on assisting another customer who had arrived late and had not completed her paperwork. Instead of prioritizing those who were on time and prepared, he spent a significant amount of time chatting, flirting and helping her fill out forms. From our understanding, most passport offices require you to arrive on time with completed paperwork, otherwise you risk losing your appointment slot. This gentleman could've easily woman moved this woman to the side to allow her time to complete the necessary paperwork. Also, I didn't even think the employees could fill your paperwork out for you. We arrived on time with everything filled out and ready, and our appointment could have been completed quickly. Unfortunately, we were left waiting while attention was given elsewhere. It felt disorganized and unfair, especially given how strict most passport services are about timing and preparation. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering another location if you're looking for an efficient and professional passport appointment.

I was not asking for any special treatment, but what Nathan should NOT do is prohibit/delay my process of receiving mail that's address to ME, for ME, and C/O of ME. I've had my box with Pearland Postal Plus for some time and the hassle of changing my service is daunting. Well I guess the mail was full and my package did not drop all of the way. I knocked on the door just to tell the worker that the package was stuck, she yelled we are closed! I have lived in Lexington Grove now a little over a month and almost every other day I have trouble getting the key into the lock in my mailbox at the front of my neighborhood. The mailboxes look like trash as it is. They are all beat up and broken and the locks desperately need to be serviced or greased. Some of the doors are even pulled off and sitting inside the mailbox. I have had to grease up my own lock multiple times just to get the key into it to get my own mail. Given how the city of Missouri city seems to take so much pride in itself, I find it strange that the mailboxes look like utter trash. Then I have to walk out in front of a collision shop with God knows how many cars lining my street just to get my mail and grease my own lock. Not even the city of Houston is this bad. I've tried calling the post office to report this, but no one has ever answered the phone.

I went in to ship a display back to work in the same box that it was sent to me. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this post office, and the lack of accountability is…read moreunacceptable. My package tracking initially showed "delivered," then later that same day it was updated to say it was physically picked up. We never received it, so we immediately contacted customer care. At that time, we were told the package didn't have an address and would be returned to the sender. After speaking with the sender, they confirmed the address was clearly on the package. We called USPS again and were then told the package had been redelivered. Again--we never received it. We opened a case, and both the district office and the local post office manager contacted us saying they were "looking into it." When the manager followed up, she first claimed the package was delivered to our porch. When we told her it was not, she then changed her statement and said it was delivered to the mailbox--which is also incorrect. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told to file a claim because the mail carrier insists it was delivered. Meanwhile, we are still without our package and continue to get the runaround. To make matters worse, customer service later told us the case had been marked as "resolved" by the post office--even though nothing has been resolved. We had to open yet another claim with customer affairs. This entire experience has been disorganized, inconsistent, and incredibly disappointing. There seems to be no real effort to investigate or take responsibility. I would not trust this location with anything important.
