This post office has long line, and post worker seems like do not like their job, they are not even pricing the packages right, most of the entire deliveryman always delivers our mails to other neighbors and their to our address. I missed so of my mails like my bills and renewals contract on home insurance on my home when I called, they said they have sent it . However, our deliveryman is lazy and cannot even read addresses correctly read more

Package was never delivered, and consistently given the run around. Customer Service is rude, even though it's their mistake. Very unsatisfied! read more

I would give this location no stars if I could. I don't know where to begin but I guess with the latest. Amazon shipped an item and it arrived in Houston on 7/20 at 11 a.m. and transferred to Pearland at 3:43 p.m. I called Amazon to verify that I would receive this package on Saturday 7/21 as this was a birthday present. Amazon assured me it would arrive on Saturday 7/21 with no problem, etc. (Even after I told them all the horror stories with this post office.) On Saturday morning I called Amazon again just to double check. Amazon said I will get the package but it could be as late as 8 p.m. NEVER ARRIVED !!! No One Came To The Door, NOTHING!! Today I see that on Amazon it shows it was delivered to a "parcel locker". This is a table and chairs so of course will not fit in a parcel locker, PERIOD. I called Amazon and they did a 3 way call with someone from USPS and they are launching an investigation. (sure) Now just last week I had an important package that was sent to me "signature required". This cost the shipper additional $$ but wanted to guarantee I would get it. The item was never brought to me for signature but was shown as "left with individual". Outright LIE !! I checked my mailbox and it was left in there instead. This is not the first time I have had issues with missing packages, mail that is not mine, mail that does not arrive, etc. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the Pearland location on Walnut or go to Friendswood. Anywhere but here! read more

They dont deliver on Saturdays or Fridays most of the time have to personally pick up my mail at some places because it is returned back to sender. read more

Well, I never thought I would be THAT woman. The kind that leaves reviews about post offices. But look at me over here just living the dream. So, we all know that POs are just naturally unpleasant places, where you just acknowledge that you have to wait in line and pay way too much money to send your grandma a care package. Let me be clear: this place takes that pain to a whole new level. To be fair, I have given this place numerous opportunities to change my opinion of them. Nevertheless, every single time they are completely rude, not just to myself, but to every person in line. From snide remarks, to eye rolls, and heavy sighs when asked for a receipt, there isn't one pleasant thing I could say about the employees here. I have had all of the above happen to me, as well as been a witness to it happening to others. On top of this, each time I have been in here, there has been at least one person in line waiting to talk to the post master about not receiving their mail for weeks. I now willingly drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different post office, where they at least treat me with some respect. I mean, if they are so unhappy about their federal job with a fair wage, health insurance, and retirement, maybe they should give it up to someone who would appreciate it. read more

I started to receive my prescriptions via mail, I was scheduled for delivery from the VA pharmacy on Tuesday, On Wednesday morning I picked up the mail, but there was no package. I would have picked up the mail on Tuesday, but I never know what time the mail will be delivered. I tracked the USPS number and it showed it was sent back because the addressee does not reside at my address?? That was news to me, finding out I didn't reside at my home. Anyway I have received VA Prescriptions at my address before. I have been living in my residence for 27 years. Since they changed me over to the Cullen Post Office, it has been nothing but a nightmare in getting my mail and packages. They have even changed my lock by mistake. They use cluster boxes in my neighborhood and when they scan a package being delivered it's to the cluster box. You don't know if it was placed in correct box or not but it is scanned delivered. Unfortunately when I don't receive a package it is because it has been placed in the wrong box. So you spend all morning calling the post office and hoping someone answers. When they do answer, the response will be that it shows as being scanned as delivered. The people at that Post office need training in customer service and they should be required to pass a literacy test before working there. read more

My package was never delivered. I called and they said they would call back in an hour. Decided to call Amazon instead and got a refund within 10 minutes! read more

A very run down post office with a lot of work that needs to be down to make it look like it doesn't belong in a bad part of town. Nice staff but, that is all it had going. Postage machines were broken and there was only one functioning entry door. read more

I can't find the words to describe the incompetence of this post office. No matter how low the expectations I have for this agency they still manage to lower the bar. First of all I paid for an overnight express and came to me in 1 week. Packages that were left in our parcel mailbox are left without any key to open this happened twice. I lost a package more than once which has tracking number marked delivered. I am not surprise why the USPS agency is losing Billions a year. My last package that is missing Fedex smart mail just handed it over to USPS then its lost. This agency is causing me anxiety. I am really hoping the agency will run into bankruptcy and transfer the agency to the private sector. read more

Never had a bad experience with USPS until moving to Pearland. Mail is constantly going to the wrong house, vacation hold leaves mail scattered all over our front porch, nobody cares at the Cullen branch. We lived in Los Angeles and Seattle and never had a problem. Now this! read more

I have 3 packages I have never received that have supposedly been left in my mailbox. I did make a formal complaint and I have the name and number of whom I spoke to. Nothing happened, 2 of the packages were gifts, 1 was for son's prom in April 2017. I had to re-purchase his prom slacks, for Christmas I had my packages sent to my sister's home in Fresno, no problem I got everything I ordered. What is the problem??? I don't know who to complain to next read more

I experienced first-hand today another reason the USPS is a poor business model. The employees are a big weak link. I missed a package delivery and had to go pick it up "at the counter" the USPS slip said. After waiting in the counter line for 20 minutes I made it to a clerk. When I showed her my slip she said I was in the wrong line. I needed to move to a different line under the sign that said package pick up. And the clerk made it abundantly clear I should have read the directions on the wall. Never mind my pick up slip stated to pick up "at the counter". So I moved to my second line which took less than 10 minutes. And who do you think helped me at the package pick up window when it was finally my turn. The same USPS counter clerk who could not help me at the main counter. Government worker at her best. Pathetic. Other than mail delivery I plan to never use USPS to ship a package. And that's the type of service I received today at this location. read more

So we move on to yet another issue. We are not receiving all of our bills sent through the USPS. I am so done with the issues. Privatization may be the only solution for what plagues this location. If you call the 800 customer service number the wait is in excess of an hour. The local branch does not make it easy to find their number. I have called it several times only to get the busy signal. Either they are understaffed or they just take it off the hook. read more

They never deliver a big box and seems to change it to pick up automatically. I am not happy with their service at all.

WORST POST SERVICE EVER!! I have 3months waiting on a mailbox since I change my address. They keep loosing my mail! I have neighbors come give me my mail because they leave it with them. read more

This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with and I have lived in many different places, like how do they get so much stuff wrong in the short amount of time I lived in Pearland versus all the other times in my life. I swear I would rather pay more with UPS or Fedex but some people use USPS so I have no choice. For instance I had a package that was supposed to be delivered this past Friday, then it got pushed to Saturday I was home all day so tell me why this lazy postal worker instead of delivering to my door had the nerve to not deliver and say pick up at office per customer request. I'm so mad because I needed my package yesterday at the latest and I did not request to hold at office. Not to mention the NUMEROUS times they lost my packages and on a few occasions I never received. Management is horrible the guy clearly hates his job, they need to restaff that whole post office. read more

Poor Quality Service! Twice in the past 2 months I've had to track packages to find out days after they were supposed to arrive that they were waiting at the post office. Online tracking said there was a notice left at my address, but I have a doorbell security camera & nobody from USPS rang the doorbell or left a notice on my door or in my mailbox. When I asked about this at the post office they say they don't know why this happened. Also, over the past couple of years I regularly get mail in my box that is for a different address. read more

Not sure what the next step is maybe the Post Master General? My Amazon order was basically crushed by the mail carrier then left as is on my front door step. She told the Supervisors that she received it this way but was to lazy to report it. I visited this location and the Folks "in charge" were shocked by my destroyed package. They referred me to Kim the PM and she assured me that she would handle it. That was April 21st today is May 4th typical of the USPS they agree they're at fault and then nothing. Also an ordered pair of Ray Ban glasses disappeared and of course they're investigating this mysterious event as well. read more

This is the worst post office I have ever used. Customer service is terrible. I've never had a package delivered correctly and 70% of the time my packages don't make it to my house and instead go to other neighbors mail boxes. The delivery drivers are very careless and are always on the phone doing their own thing. They are always out of uniform and don't look professional. Whenever a package is not delivered correctly and I can't find it-the customer service people get a phone number and address from me and have their supervisor call me. Honestly I've never gotten a call from any supervisor and eventually a neighbor brings my package to my door. Just absolutely terrible service and careless drivers. When you walk in to mail a package you feel like you're at the DMV trying to renew a drivers license with Madea from Tyler Perry movies there to assist you. I would rather walk to my destination and deliver the package myself before going in there. This place is a joke people. If you buy something from online and it says ship via USPS then add a weak to your delivery depending on how honest your neighbors are. read more
