It's hard to rate a post office because each experience can be different. I have visited this post office dozens of times over the years. I have been helped by some MISERABLE/RUDE workers and I have had some AMAZING/FRIENDLY workers. My most recent trip was very pleasant but I've been helped by the same person in the past and they were super grumpy. Who knows... they could have had assh*le customers that day, which put them in a bad mood. Time of day and time of year affect the experience at the post office as well. Coming midweek in the morning during August is completely different than the week before Christmas. The building itself is kind of dumpy. There is an area along the side which sells some boxes and tape, which is underutilized and looks "blah". Overall, I don't long to come to the post office but when I do, I try to make it short and sweet. read more

Waiting on an expedited letter from Austin for my 85 year old father. It was supposed to come 9/12 before 9p. They never scanned it for receipt in Pearland and proceeded to mark it undeliverable and no one was home and they left a note. Lies. two people were here. My doorbell records movement and ringing. Nothing at the time they lied and said they came. They left no note anywhere but did deliver two pieces of mail for the street behind me. read more

USPS - No delivery time - Post Offices Near Me - Pearland, Texas

See all

Rude and won't let small business owners drop off packages went as far as locking the drop box on me half way through my order. Laughed behind the wall after I asked why they locked it. I've shipped thousands of product through them but this location in general is literally the worst and discriminate. CHIQUITA S BRADLEY abusing her power and even threaten to call the cops on me and even took pictures of my car and license plate without my consent read more

USPS - Post Offices Near Me - Pearland, Texas

This Post office is terrible. The workers are rude! Pearland needs to do better with customer service. My package was stolen due to negligence on their behalf!! read more

The staff was super sweet. I think his name was Lorenzo. He was a big help and made it super easy to send my package out!

failure to delivery my items , didn't even try my leasing office they just returned to sender when they didn't have to do so

I received notification that a package was delivered. A key to a parcel box was placed in my mailbox. However, when I opened the parcel box there was no package. When I went to the post office to report it I received an apology that seemed more like, " good luck, but your package is gone". I will never use this post office when making purchase. read more

This location is great! The workers are very quick and attentive. They answer phone calls too and are very helpful. I've had to have packages held and it's never been a problem. When packages were deemed lost, they were able to find them. Definitely the best PO in the area. read more

Tried to charge me $4 for a piece of tape. I was forced to go there to return a Amazon package, the tall dark manly looking broad wouldn't tape the label to the package and said i'd have to buy a piece of tape. WTF! I'm not paying $4 for a piece of tape. The USPS has the sorriest, laziest mf's i have ever seen in my life! read more

They are the best ever ... Terrific ... Great Carrier .. Great Rapport with Cullen ... 10 stars for me about Cullen ... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This post office is HORRIBLE! You don't get your daily mail and you never receive your packages. The manager, Kimberly, if you file a report, oh she'll make the initial call to you, but don't expect a call back or follow up or for your lost package to be found. It's almost like they're stealing peoples packages at that location. No one cares and no one does anything! It's unfortunate, because our tax dollars pay for their horrible customer service! The Cullen location needs to be investigated and shut down! read more

Horrible service They are rude They don't care about your mail or packages Just the worst read more

Reading all the reviews I did not want to come to this post office. But I have been twice in the last week to mail packages and Mischelle has been wonderful!!! Thank you for being so nice and efficient:-) read more

If I could give NO stars I would. Michelle who is a lead clerk at the front is the rudest person I have ever encountered at the Post Office. Too much attitude & not enough customer service. I have never dealt w someone who has a title of a LEAD w this much disregard for customer service in my life! Instead of explaining what I needed and the steps I should take like anyone would do she was condescending and acted like it was my job to know the things she was telling me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. read more

USPS needs reform, badly!!! These people working there just can not make things right!!! Never forwarded packages, since we have moved two monthes ago! Very lazy and late at scanning packages for sending out! So many times packaged scanned as "delivered", but you can not find it nowhere! If you are luck and give them a call, you may find it at their office, good luck!!!! What the fuck wrong with the system???!!! read more

I should've paid attention to the reviews, this post office really is the worst and I don't even understand why it exists. Such beautiful building with shit service. The self-serve kiosk was not working. Nobody around to ask for help. Waiting by pressing this bell, overhearing the people in the back purposely ignoring anyone who came in, why was the front door even open? I couldn't drop off my package with a postage that was already paid for...the drop box location inside was locked, to where you couldn't drop off the box for shipping...what's the point of it the self serve drop box? I doubt the people in the back even knew it was locked, mistakenly. What a mess. No, I never did accomplish my goal of dropping of this small box via self serve at this "opened" post office. Shut this place down, it's a waste of space. read more

This place is awful. I would literally drive to another city for their post office. The people have the worst attitudes on planet earth. I understand customers are rude but maybe they wouldn't be so rude if the staff didn't treat them like they are stupid. This place honestly needs to work on being more helpful and patient with customers, ESPECIALLY when I'm walking in with my baby and trying to do multiple things at once. Not only was the actual post office bad but the service outside of the office like delivering mail. My husband has had multiple documents for his immigration lost in the mail saying it was "delivered" but never was. That is called lying. read more

This post office really sucks there is always a line because they're slow as molasses and the supervisor up front is not friendly at all. Go to the one on Walnut street instead. It will be faster even if you have to drive out of your way. read more

If your package states it'll be delivered on Saturday, don't get your hopes up . It's always , always Monday

On an average day quarter of the mail I receive belongs to my neighbors. I do the distribution. Recently a medication an online pharmacy shipped to me was not delivered because "there was not a secure place to drop off the package". We have group mail and parcel boxes where I receive most of my USPS packages. They belong to USPS. They do not consider them as safe? read more

Surprisingly, this location is pretty great! I really dislike going to the post office, I get nervous with all the options and standing in line is never fun. BUT! Even at Christmas time, the staff are friendly and helpful; and the lines, though they are long move very fast! Yay! read more

Lie about delivery attempts saying no one is home and messages left. Go days without mail delivery. I have 5 packages as of now that show they were supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. Called for help and was given the run around. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. read more

I've had nothing but problems with this USPS branch since I moved here. Starting with getting the key and hold mail when I first move in to all the issue with every time there is a signature required deliver I am always home and paying closely to my Ring doorbell I never get an alert at the door and then guess what lo and behold apparently a delivery was "attempted" and "notice left". That's just a straight lie. Close this branch down please. Still would give this place 0 stars if I can. read more

I have to mail pkgs from the post office often for my small business. The staff are always energetic and helpful, bending over backyards to find the most efficient and cheapest way for me to mail various weights and sizes. They strive to be friendly, so I always feel good when I leave. Today Alex picked me out of the long line( which moves fast!) and showed me how to get postage for my pkg using the self-help kiosk! So fast and easy, but I would not have tried it on my own. I like doing business here. ps. One of the posts above complained about the manager Kimberly. While she may not be the most jovial or outgoing if the team, she is there EVERY time I go, is very knowledgeable about the best way to mail anything, and has always been helpful when I get seen by her. read more

After losing out on $300 last yr to their incompetent workers losing my package, they have officially broke the camel's back today. On 6/27/18, I paid for my mailbox lock to be replaced & mail to be held at the post office. I tried to pick up my mail TODAY (7/3/18) to 1st be given the wrong person's mail & then to be told that the mail carrier has been holding the wrong mail. Therefore, I have NO access to any of my mail. This is over the 5th time I've had this type issue with this office & I'm honestly ready to take legal action & have all my receipts & records to do so! read more

I agree this place sucks and everything in Pearland including the city of Pearland. You pay ridiculous high taxes and can get no good service anywhere in this town read more

Without doubt the worst Post Office I've used, one particular member of staff needs to go find another job, she is the rudest most unhelpful person I have encountered in public service. The post office is always lined up with people complaining about lost items, I pity anyone who lives in the area served by this post office. read more

This post office is clean and well taken care off. The lines tend to be really long but at least the clerks are polite. read more

This is the WORST post office in the world. The worst part is that no one cares. My mail ends up at different neighbors homes and luckily we take it to the correct address. Packages? You must be kidding. You'd think something larger than an envelope would get attention but no. In fact on 3-26 they show 3 packages delivered but no, only 2. Now it's 3-28 and who has MY package? ?! read more

The lines moved rather quickly. The postal workers didn't look like they wanted "go postal." I believe my package made it to where it needed to go. Yay Post Office! read more

Been going to this post office for a while now. Staff is always friendly and the lines are usually long. The line does move pretty fast and each customer is treated well. We also had an issue where our lock broke and we had to pick up our mail there. We got the process down and it didn't take long to get our mail. 5 stars for this group!! read more

I used to enjoy going to this post office they have always been efficient and respectful. Today, when I went in for a simple procedure, I was met with Carol. She was rude and disrespectful to me. She did not ever let me finished any of my sentences. As I was waiting for their manager, I noticed she was rude to all but the Caucasian customers who went up to her. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to send out a parcel post yesterday and went to the counter. Told Her I wanted to send this package and needed a receipt. She told me to go to the kiosk and send it myself. Then went to the kiosk and a woman was taking forever. When I was finally able to use the machine, had trouble with it. Went to ask a question and the woman behind the counter said to press this then press that. Well by the time I got back to the kiosk there were 3 people in front of me. Got so frustrated I left and went to a private mailboxes facility where they took my package AND gave me a receipt. There were 5 employees sitting behind that desk doing nothing but babbling and laughing and talking with customers as they weren't doing anything but telling people to go to the kiosk to do their own. Why do we need post offices?? Why do these people get paid to tell us to do it ourselves?? Workers behind the counter can't print receipts?? Just plain laziness!! Get some real Workers over there!! read more

I have had 2 packages not delivered in the past two weeks. One was to be delivered on Wed. 16th and has been lost for a while (It had tracking till it was lost). I received a notice of "not available" for delivery for a package today (after 5:00 pm ,of course, so I had to wait a day to complain) while we have been home all day and available if a delivery was attempted. This problem occurred last year and after complaining something was done and it cleared up until recently. I know they pay the delivery people well so it is apparently due to someone not wanting to do the job properly and sending in false "attempted to deliver" notices. read more

Dominique Fisher (answers the phone) for the Pearland Cullen location. I asked to speak with the Manager because I dropped package on June 27. This location excepted it on June 29 at 4:14 pm. the receiver still has not receive it. Its July 23rd.... I asked to speak with a manager. The professional thing to do would be to say "i apologize" the managers can not come to the phone right now. Would you like to leave a msg.? OOh she left me on hold for 20 min. Then when I attempted to call back for 30 min. she just let it ring. So I waited about 20 min. and called again. So we had this whole conversation again. But this time she Rude, so I asked for her name she gave it. I asked why she just let the phone ring. She said shes got other things to do and I don't know her job! She said my name is Spelled D-....... and hung up! Very professional... This is what we hire.... now wont pick up the phone. read more

I filed for a change of address online and per the website it said wait 7-10 business days. Mind you we moved 5 minutes from our old address. But sure. On the 10th business day, I emailed the USPS website contact us button since it was night time and asked where the heck our mail was. They replied 2 days later, copied and pasted what the website said (to wait 7-10 days). Hello? I can read the website. I don't need anybody telling me what is already written on the site. So, they do not know where our mail was. On the 12th business day my husband goes to the post office and asks for our mail. Lady in the front says we have to wait 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks!!! Husband asks her, can you please check in the back if our mail is there? Lady replies: "No it is not there." (didn't even bother to check). Again, we are sure it is there since we only moved 5 minutes away from our old address. On the 3rd week I go to the post office and asked the guy in the pick up section. He goes to the back and brings me all my mail and packages. Then asks me if I have a key to the mailbox. Hello? I have had it since 3 weeks ago. Then he said okay "I will tell her to start delivering your mail." OMG?!? At this point, I am at a loss of words. read more

There are some good employees here, but most look like they hate their job, and treat you like your an idiot. It took them 9 days to get my package on a truck, and 14 days for it to arrive to Iowa! This was my fist visit, as too I'm from out of town. read more

This is the WORSE POST OFFICE IN TEXAS! Always losing your packages, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNEDUCATED AND CAN NEVER SOLVE YOUR MAIL ISSUES! There's never a supervisor available, the mail carrier should've been fired months ago! Someone needs to come in and fire the whole staff and start over, because this is a consistent problem! I placed my mail on hold for a week, and they still put it in my mailbox, and now that the hold was to be released and forwarded to a new address, they have no clue where my mail is right now! They are so nonchalant and non apologetic when you're trying to figure out where's your important mail and packages! I've never had a dislike for a place as much as I do for this location! ! ! read more
