Big old post office with plenty of parking. Bunch of old timey post office boxes line the walls in the lobby, slots for mail to the left. No idea of what the actual counters and service facilities look like because the window shades were down and access was limited to mail drop and pick up because USPS is closed on Sunday. read more

Haven't had an issue until now. I scheduled a package pickup last week and they were promptly picked up. I scheduled a pickup for Monday. No one came!! I scheduled another pickup for today. NOTHING!! I've had packages sitting out there for HOURS!!!! I'm lucky no one took them. Insane, insane, INSANE that they can DELIVER my mail but not DROP IT OFF. On my way to UPS to drop these off. i went here to get a money order for 2k i counted the money out in front of the man name Anthony he asked me so you want a 2k money order i said yes he said it will be 2 of the 1k money orders i said ok he proceeded to fumble with the money behind the counter then tell me this is only 1500 when i clearly counted the money in increments of $100 stacks in his face he kept $500 dollars the manager said they don't have cameras which is odd because i visited another post office and its full of cameras im so upset that was part of my house note he took i pray karma catch him read more

I was helping a disabled parent with mobility issues with a change of address. The post office needed an in person confirmation of identity. I brought in the info and the kind woman behind the desk helped me validate the information for my parent and even walked out to assist her, not making her come to the desk in a wheelchair. Just the consideration and extra effort by the postal staff (whose name I sadly did not get) goes a really long way to make this community a better place. Thank you! read more

Terrible service. One older gentleman who works there is extremely rude and talks down to customers. We have been trying to get keys to the mailboxes in our new neighborhood and no one seems to know when we will be assigned a box. To top it off our address has not been added to the Post Office database so i can not switch my mail from the old house to my new house. I am scared to even send mail anymore with things that are going on within the postal service. read more

The older man that works in here is so rude all the time. Every single time I ever go in he is immediately rude. You work in the customer service industry you shouldn't be rude to customers every single day for no reason. Our mail carrier literally takes a nap outside our subdivision every day around 2 and doesn't deliver our mail until around 5. We've had packages marked as delivered on one day and not actually delivered until two days later. We've called to complain several times and whenever we've managed to get a response the excuse is always that our usual driver is on vacation and the person delivering our mail is just filling in... apparently our mail person has been on vacation for six years. Today I had two packages set for delivery. When I checked the tracking on both they both said they were set for delivery today. Now at 9 pm my packages still haven't arrived, despite our mail being delivered, now one package is showing as being delayed and set for delivery tomorrow while the other was received by this post office this morning only to be promptly sent to Pasadena (huh?). The estimated delivery date for that one is unknown apparently. read more
