There are UPS and downs, and this is in the middle. This is a pretty good UPS Store although occasionally they do have some customer service issues, and that really just depends upon who you get, who is working that day. I like them a lot though. But generally speaking it's a pretty good store and I recommend them. Located in League City at I-45 and FM 646, this location is easy to get to from my house. The one thing I do like about the UPS store is I can quickly do Amazon returns. Another little known fact is if you already have a FedEx waybill or pre-printed label on your FedEx box, they will accept those as well. I wish they had the opportunity to print FedEx labels on the spot. I realize it is their competitor but I can't change who our company uses for shipping. Generally, the staff is friendly. However, there is one lady that needs to find a job with no customer interaction. She is GRUMPY!! With that being said, I ignore her eye-rolls and go about my day. She has no effect on my view life. Bottom line - conveniently located for me. Therefore, I will keep using them. Most of the time, the employees are very nice. I'll keep coming back. read more

I arrived at this location 10 min to close. A middle aged white woman with brown hair sat at the register counting cash and completely ignored me for like 10 min. She didn't even say hello when I walked in. Her register was not adding up so she kept slapping the coins down on the counter like she was pissed and recounting them. Eventually a young black girl came up from the back and helped me in a matter of seconds since I was just dropping off a box that already had a label. The only thing the white woman said the whole time was there was to tell the younger black girl to lock the door and to complain to her the register was $9 over. As I was leaving a couple other people had walked in and then I heard the woman say if you locked the door why are people still coming in. I get that it was closing time on a Saturday but I was surprised at how rude the woman was to customers. read more

She seriously needs an attitude overhaul!!! Whoever is managing this place - look her up. She will bring this store'a reputation down some MORE with that smugness!!! Brought in a set of antique dishes to be packed and shipped for a Christmas present. I assumed that they would pack the fragile items appropriately, they did not. The package arrived with items broken so a claim was filed. After the imposition and disappointment we were offered $40 against a package that was insured for $1,000. Obviously, I'll never spend money at that store again, and will likely choose to pack fragile items myself going forward. But more than that I would recommend people not subject themselves to such poor service. read more

The staff are very nice and helpful every time I'm here. The store never looks messy, they always have the supplies I need when I forget something, and when there is a line it moves pretty quickly (as long as the customers already have their Amazon returns ready). This is my store of choice and MUCH better to use than going to the post office. I'm considering moving my PO Box here just for the service quality. read more

The staff here is so rude everytime I come in here!! Shouting out to other coworkers when I return my Amazon packages " I guess everyone has to return Amazon today!" Making a scene and humiliating me everytime I come in! I just left now in tears because I tried to mail taxes by certified mail and the girl laughed at me and mocked me in front of several customers and her coworkers because I didn't know how to fill out the two forms. Don't go to this location! They are very will make you wait outside in 100 degree weather while allowing other customers to have guests with them to enforce the "rules" of limiting people in the store. Maybe you should only allow customers in the store and not just customers with their friends? read more

Shipping Nazis plain and simple. Only allowed to use one strip of tape. Shipping Box prices aren't consistent. Last week I got 2 boxes for less than $6. This week 1 box $8 and some change. I sell shoes online so it's not like I bought a different. read more

Everyone at this League City location has been very nice, responsive and professional. They have all the services you could want in a mail shop. Went in today to mail off some homemade soap for a soap swap group that I'm in. I only went there bc I was doing business next door and figured I could handle business there quickly! Wrong! So, the lady requested my ID and then made me sign some type of contract. I asked why and told she me it's store policy and to read the sign on the wall as she pointed. I asked what the prob was and another employee walked out to watch. They made me feel like a criminal. I asked what they thought I was mailing? . I'll never go back there. I told them too. I paid and left my package there bc I wanted it atleast postdated for today since it's Christmas Eve and they told me nothing would be going out today. I'll just never go back there with such poor customer service. I should have gone to my regular post office with no fuss, hassle, or being treated like some dang criminal!!! Customer service is bad. Just simply seem not to get the basic concept of assisting customers in a pleasant way leads to business. I went to return personal Amazon packages. Forgot the label. They wanted to charge for 15 mins of computer time, printing of the paper for them to make money on two large boxes being shipped back. So many ways to solve this problem. 2 mins of computer and printing the label at most actually cost them $1?!?!For that- not only have they lost this $40 of shipping business, they have lost all my business including 2 small businesses- several hundred and growing.. Employees mindless and rude. Just go to one of the many other competitors. Better yet someone open one nearby so all the unhappy customers don't have to go far. read more

Went in to get something notarized. And the manager came out to do it. Didn't say Hi, just .... "I need an Id" then as she's signing she's on the phone with what sounded like a family member talking about calling the emergency room, etc. she was talking so loud and the entire time, to people on the phone!!! I felt like I was bothering her, I could tell by her body language. Anyway when I was done paying I said thank you, and good bye..... Nothing from her!!! She just turned around and started doing something else. Also, what's funny is because she's a notary I got the sense she felt like customer service didn't exist. I never write reviews. Ever. I came in a month ago to print off some papers in black & white ink off the computer. The printer was set to the color printer on default. Even though the copies I made from a word document was black and white, the store charged me for color copies. I talked to the manager, who was very rude, and refused to help me refund my difference. I then talked to the owner, Bill, on the phone who said he would get back to me shortly and refund my money. Needless to say, no money was refunded and no one ever returned my call. I was charged $76 for a normal $20 b&w copy service. I will never return to that store. I used to go into the store regularly for printing services but now I drive out of my way if I need anything. read more

I will never use The UPS store in League City again for shipping packages! I paid $328. With $1500 insurance To ship a heavy package which they dropped, blew out the box, broke a cylinder head, bent a supercharger pulley and blamed me for improper packaging. I bought $50. Worth of extra heavyduty boxes and a roll of bubble wrap to ship these items.I even compartmentalized items with extra boxes.Claim denied!!! They won't pay the $220 for the damage? This was an ebay sale so I paid buyer for damage SO IT COST ME $548.00 . NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE UPS FOR ANY SHIPPING!!!!!! SHIPPERS BEWARE read more
