    If I could leave a more negative rating I would. Prior to traveling, I placed mail on hold with…read moreinstructions I would pick up mail. First time, postal workers couldn't find my mail. THREE months later, I would get bit of it, I have notifications of what mail or packages to expect. This wasn't a one time occurrence, it happened in 3 years, 3 times. Next time, it was delivered to different neighbors in the neighborhood. Last time, I came in to pick up my mail, they couldn't find it, 1 1/2 weeks worth of mail, I should check with my mail carrier to see if she had it. Great thing about our neighborhood carrier, it's a joke if she's working or if anyone seen her! Now if I have to travel, my neighbors are kind enough to pick up the mail. I mailed a package the 1st of December (Friday) paid priority mail, to be delivered on Monday the 4th. It wasn't delivered, give it till Tuesday, still no package. Looked up the tracking number, it still shows that it was accepted but no other info. I went to PO, same person that accepted the package, told me that priority mail goes go out that same day, 2 people goes to the back to check. He comes back with there's insurance on it so I can file a claim in 10 business DAYS. Later that same night, the package moves to a different location. The package made it to its location 1 day before I could file a claim, it arrived on the 15th, looking a bit dropped out of a plane. With so many delivery options available, Amazon Prime, FedEx, UPS, retailers with free delivery and even Walmart are looking like better options.

I've had way…read moretoo many packages with tracking claim they were delivered on a certain day (and not until 1-3 days later); at a certain spot aka: front door (when they were left in the mailbox); handed to me (when they were left in the mailbox), etc. It's just ridiculous because the excuse is always the same when you call to complain "oh they must have pressed the wrong button on the tracking". Bull. I've had packages show up at 10pm before and they just toss them and leave without ringing the bell (and the tracking shows they were delivered 1-2 days prior); or they're placed in some spot away from the front door so you don't know they've tried to sneak it in. Can you tell I'm unhappy with the what the carriers get away with?

    USPS - When I asked why this is here, the clerk responded "we're a small community and we gotta look out for each other". Beautiful.

Congratulations!! I'll go back home get a piece of tape and then mail my packages at the UPS. Store. Congratulations you saved the government a piece of tape but the revenue of my products is going to the private sector !! Normally I am a champion of federal workers ! Esp in this day and age But with service like that no wonder people hate federal agencies !!! I hace a crazy idea...how about invest a few bucks in tape on the counter in the lobby for customers...then perhaps customers will enjoy the experience and want to come back and do business with USPS.. This same person will be crying some day when his big beautiful fed job gets cut ! When you end up in the private sector at the UPS store you will need to up your customer service game !!!! She was simply doing her job, and I respect that. That said, I was upset with the situation because I came in to intercept a package so it could be redirected to another location. Unfortunately, it was not sent to the correct location as intended. I'm giving four stars because the customer service itself was good, but the outcome of my request was disappointing.

Both the people at the counter today were great.The lady took me in as the last walk-in and the Javier helped me through the process. Took me through the application line by line and made sure all the t's were crossed and I's were dotted. They even gave me couple extra minutes to get my docs. Good information to know They take 5 walk-ins per day and luckily I was the 5th!!! They have put a poster though mentioning that the League City Post Office at 240 W Galveston St., were taking walk-in applications till 2 pm. The processing charge was standard processing charge nothing special to mention about that. Very much appreciated their help. I won't hesitate a bit to come back here again.

At the time of our appointment, the employee (AA. Male) handling passports was focused on assisting another customer who had arrived late and had not completed her paperwork. Instead of prioritizing those who were on time and prepared, he spent a significant amount of time chatting, flirting and helping her fill out forms. From our understanding, most passport offices require you to arrive on time with completed paperwork, otherwise you risk losing your appointment slot. This gentleman could've easily woman moved this woman to the side to allow her time to complete the necessary paperwork. Also, I didn't even think the employees could fill your paperwork out for you. We arrived on time with everything filled out and ready, and our appointment could have been completed quickly. Unfortunately, we were left waiting while attention was given elsewhere. It felt disorganized and unfair, especially given how strict most passport services are about timing and preparation. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering another location if you're looking for an efficient and professional passport appointment.
