Congratulations!! I'll go back home get a piece of tape and then mail my packages at the UPS. Store. Congratulations you saved the government a piece of tape but the revenue of my products is going to the private sector !! Normally I am a champion of federal workers ! Esp in this day and age But with service like that no wonder people hate federal agencies !!! I hace a crazy idea...how about invest a few bucks in tape on the counter in the lobby for customers...then perhaps customers will enjoy the experience and want to come back and do business with USPS.. First of all, I want to acknowledge that the postal worker I interacted with was the first truly thorough USPS employee I've ever encountered. She was simply doing her job, and I respect that. That said, I was upset with the situation because I came in to intercept a package so it could be redirected to another location. Unfortunately, it was not sent to the correct location as intended. On November 18, 2024, at approximately 13:43, the time that was on the alert of package being delivered from the Rosharon Postal Office in Rosharon, Texas. The package was marked delivered to the supposedly assigned mailbox parcel, however, the package containing carefully selected clothing and accessories for our family holiday photos never arrived. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve this issue, including contacting the main office directly and speaking also with the 1-800 customer service line, we have yet to receive an explanation or solution. My son, who placed the order, and (my family and I) was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior, including unreturned calls and a lack of urgency in addressing our concerns. What adds to our frustration is the troubling pattern of similar complaints reflected in online reviews for the Rosharon Post Office. Numerous customers have reported packages going missing and unprofessional customer service, suggesting a systemic issue that needs immediate attention. The United States Postal Service holds an important responsibility to provide dependable service to the communities it serves. Incidents like this erode trust and cause unnecessary hardship. They are rude and insufficient with mail distribution. Some mail carriers will bring small items to your door instead of stuffing them inside my tiny mailbox but not this location.....which prohibits regular mail from being put into my mailbox. They are lazy and I don't get all my mail. read more

Worse post office ever! Unprofessional management (African American short petite woman) saw me in line and didn't even asked me if I was being help, instead she let other people behind me get their business take care of and when I finally decided to ask her about my matter this woman didn't even responded me. Carriers employers keep saying "animal interference" when delivering the mail when the dog is tied up away from the front porch... seems they just don't want to get their @$& down to deliver the package. Every staff member is incompetent. Went by 4 times to pick up a package that I missed when delivered home and they said the courier had it and to call. Upon calling multiple days, my package, finally, says it's ready for pick-up. Arrive at post office and staff states they had already sent it back and they only keep it for 10 days; me having visited the post office 4 times before that. Zero care and accountability! I figured I'd do the Yelp community a solid and make it known that there is indeed a post office in the sticks of Rosharon. The location is right off of HWY 288, no more than a 1/4 mile from the on/off ramps heading westbound, contrary to the official address indicating (E) east. It's a small office for a small town, and it can accommodate your typical shipping and P.O. Box needs. Very important to note however that they do not offer any assistance regarding passports. They don't even have the applications on site, so don't bother trying. I've done that part on your behalf. The clerk will defer you to the Alvin branch roughly 12-14 miles out, which offers the full service, albeit you may need to call ahead to process. 3 stars it is. during the holidays 4 of my packages got delivered to the wrong house ....I was only able to recover 3 of the 4 of my packages. I let the carrier know my packages were put in the wrong box and it just continued. postal service is trash and now I'm scared to get my packages delivered to my house because at this point my money is being wasted and they don't seem to care. read more

This post office is by far the worst compared to anywhere else I've lived in the state of Texas. They will say that a package is delivered and possibly deliver it 2 days later, if they deliver it at all. They also hold onto mail at the post office and don't deliver mail daily. Horrible response for complaints on the carrier. The manager acts as if you never called in any issues, covering for the lazy carrier in my subdivision. The carrier has left packages on the ground and driven off. There no specific mail time, I have seen her at 11, 12, 1, 3 and after 4. One time i saw her as early as 7:30am possibly because she kept someone's mail over night??? Like not finishing the route. I get mail once a week, go figure. Like Tuesday's and Wednesday's are her best effort days. ‍ You would think it would get better with the call ins, it doesn't or hasn't. I even called a corporate number, got a little help then that person stopped returning my calls. And no I will not blame covid a lot of people are dropping the ball here it just makes no sense. This place probably doesn't even deserve one star. Half the time they don't deliver mail to the right box and the other half they withhold mail cause it's "slippery" by the mail boxes. Avoid at all costs-this is the laziest and least reliable post office I have ever encountered in my 45 years on earth. I can remember in my past losing about one letter every 10 years. I remember them because it was so unusual and the postal service was the gold standard of reliability. I lost over two dozen letters my first six months with this post office. I am doing practically everything online now. I was mailed a certified 8.5X11 envelope from Orange, TX two weeks ago and it is still not here. Folks, that is about a two hour drive! Yes, REALLY! Nobody answers the phone and I can only file a complaint with postal inspectors if a crime has been committed so they are well protected. You have been warned. read more

I will be forwarding mail to my parents address an hour away to avoid Rosharon USPS. Most of the reviews are accurate as far as what I have experienced. They are lazy and lie about looking for lost mail. The manager Lincoln is the worst of them all. Ask for the Postmaster if you have an issue. The carriers aren't helpful either. One day I saw the carrier kicking the mail units closed. The next day she told me it was jammed (because of her kicking it) and we would not be getting our mail until Tuesday (After a holiday). I asked her could she hand me the mail but instead of politely declining she said, "I don't know you!" No professionalism at all. The manager said that she would pass a message on to the carrier and never did. She told me to just cancel the mail-I guess so they could lose it again. This post office does not deserve a one star rating. Workers are rude and lazy!!!! I was waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered. I called and after a long wait was told to pick it up instead. Came to pick up my parcel with my tracking number and they told me to call the sender to verify if it was indeed there. My wife and I were told to contact this Post Office for our new mail key after moving in. They told us it would be delivered the next day. 2 weeks later, I finally broke down to ask what is going.. the supervisor, "J" said it would be delivered today and left under our mat. Apparently the person who checks for mats is getting overpaid because I just got a phone call saying they were going to keep it because they couldn't "find" a mat to leave it under. They refuse to re-deliver tomorrow, when my wife will be home all day, because they already "attempted" So I can go pick it up in person, which is great.. except being that I can't spend my life waiting for my mail key, I work until 5.. and wouldn't you know it, they close at 4:30.
