After waiting a month for my appointment, I was met with attitude and misinformation (including being told certain forms didn't exist). Instead of helping, they made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating and uncomfortable. Maybe consider taking a mental health day before you ruin others. I am in disbelief at how terrible this experience was. I had a horrible experience at this UPS. I entered in order to return my Kindle and print IRS…read moredocuments. Upon entering the white employee had her two children in the store; they were shouting, rough-housing, and cursing. I could not focus on finding all of the documents I needed to send over because it was so much going on in the store. As I was on the phone with a friend, I stated "wow. I could have never acted this way at my mom's job as a kid." The employee stated "it's not your business, mind your business." This caused an argument. I asked for the owner or manager's information; as the White lady was writing it out, the argument was ongoing. I told her I just wanted the information so I could leave. As she was about to hand me the document; the second employee (appeared to be Black/Asian/mix - younger, short) snatched the document from her and told her not to give it to me. I again stated I did not want to continue the conversation but wanted the information so I could leave. I then left out, tried to call the number and realized it went directly to the store. With the intention of calling corporate, I re-entered the store. I did not speak at all, but recorded for safety! As I recorded the store number and headed back to the exit the younger Black/mixed lady said "so this is what you're trying to do?" I then stated "I haven't said a word to you. I came to get the store number." The white lady then states "I get off at 4:00" which to me - was a threat. I then asked her repeatedly "why would you tell me what time you get off?" she states "because I meant everything I said." The Black/mixed lady then states "I'm calling the police." I was trespassed from the building BUT the officers stated I did nothing wrong.
